Absolutely top class cake and decorating supplier in the area. Windsors prices are second to none (they beat Amazon prices hands down!) Added to this, their customer service and attention to detail is fantastic, always service with a smile and a genuine interest from the staff as to what I need, how I’m doing, and do I need help with anything. I honestly can’t recommend Windsors highly enough!

I love coming to this shop every week for my stock, the lady who owns it is such a lovely person. The shop is always immaculate and everything is reasonable price too. Good service, but need to have more stock in the shop nothing on the shelf so have to order on line, if you forget something not much luck getting it from the shop.

Took forever to dispatch and then just before they finally dispatched some of my items had then gone out of stock, so was missing the main item needed. Awful communication - took ages to reply to email (multiple days at a time) and no chance of getting through on the phone (never managed to get someone to answer). Finally dispatched my order after multiple emails and didn’t even let me know so had to contact again to find out! Won’t use again!
