Ordered a 2026 FIFA World Cup Mexico jersey and after three weeks I received a piece of fabric which was NOTHING resembling the advertised product on the online catalog.

The collar was circular rather than a V shaped. The graphic on the front and back were the same even though the two sides have different graphics. That same graphic was WAY too large and much of the real graphic was missing.

The “Mexico” emblem on the front is just a printed image rather than an actual patch or embroidery.

My surname’s lettering on the back is HUGE and not centered.

The more I examine my jersey, the more discrepancies I find.

Sizing is small so order up a size or two. When I tried to get an exchange, I got no reply. Customer service was helpful when I first enquired about a late shipment but once I needed the sizing changed, I received no reply at all. The jacket quality is fine but after the hassle of being late and no response to exchange inquiry, I would not recommend.

Sizes run super small and company claims it's all custom so they will not exchange anything. They will, however, give you a coupon to order again. Who would do that? Waste of money. Product wasn't worth the cost even if the size had been ok. Terrible customer service. Avoid them!

Nice jacket. Runs a little small for it's size. Takes quite a long time to arrive (4-6 weeks from China), and a very complicated shipping/tracking number system. It was worth the wait, as the jacket was just as advertised.
