I have contac them for a SDLT high…
I have contac them for a SDLT high rate. Everything was ok until the 45 days from the request pass and I haven't received any update. I chase them but without any update ,then I call HMRCfor an update and told me that they have send them a letter and they haven't replied, I chase them again and they say they haven't received, I call theHMRC again and ask again to send them the letter as they didn't care .IAfter I told them that I contact the solicitor and the citizen adviser they have send me the money back because they haven't finished the request
