Ordered a blouse, took ages as I hadn’t realised from China. Awful quality, cheap nasty in a bag with Chinese writing. Emailed to request a return and refund . They Ignored 4 emails. Had to request a cash back through my credit card, to now be told I have to send back using a tracked service back to China. Presumably they would then ignore me again and I still wouldn’t get my money back ! I’d avoid at all costs based on my experience.

Sent the wrong item. Order deep U shaped body suit. Got a standard cup bodysuit. Complained. Offered a 20% refund no apology. Repeatedly got my name wrong in communications. Refused to accept responsibility or free return for refund. 100% would never use again

Similar to previous review, the item arrived very late from China and of very poor quality and in a different colour. I tried to return but the email on their website was not responded to, neither the phone. They only started to communicate (from a different email) when I raised a dispute via my bank. First stating it was too late to return, then that I had to return to China when the address in their website is Netherlands, then offering to pay a part refund and then refusing to refund anything back at all as bank had ruled in my favour. Such an appalling service! So stressful and hours spent trying to sort this out! I wish I would have checked here first. Maria

I ordered a coat for my daughter. The next day I sent an email requesting to cancel the order after reading another review. 3 days later they responded to my email advising I could not cancel it as the order had already been processed. 3 weeks later I still have no coat and despite my numerous requests for tracking details they are no longer responding . I will now be requesting my money back from my bank and reporting as fraud.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Winkler Boutique. The product I received cost approximately £30, but the quality was very poor and far below my expectations. In my opinion, the product did not reflect the quality I expected based on its advertising.

When I contacted customer service about the poor quality of the product, I was told that I could only receive a full refund if I returned it to China at my own expense. A tracked return would cost me approximately £15, which is a significant amount considering the product itself cost only around £30.

I asked the company for a reasonable partial refund so that I could keep the poor-quality item and avoid paying expensive international return costs, but they refused.

In my opinion, customers should be aware of the return policy before making a purchase. I would strongly recommend checking where products need to be returned and considering the potential cost of international tracked postage.

They sent the boots I ordered but they are horrible material so want to send them back. They state they have a 30 day returns policy except no one will return my e mails so I can get the return address and the phone line is disconnected
