If you are using Winnings for a new build and they have months of lead time great, if not, RUN DON’T WALK.

I needed to replace an integrated fridge freezer, gave them the code, we don’t make it anymore, but this one is the latest model, get this one. Apparently a fridge freezer is comparable to the fridge only they sold me.

They offer online installs and take old product away. No, you are on regional QLD (Gold Coast), we can’t do that sorry, we will refund you for the install.

Just purchased new kitchen mixer to replace broken one, available on website, no phone call soon placing order trying to talk me out of what I wanted because they need to get it made. Offered me completely different products telling me this would be better for me.

I only use them because I want to keep the consistency of the products in my home to assist with resale value. But if you can avoid at all costs.

Orded a Fridge Frezzer. Knew what I wanted and as usual winnings had the unit at the best price. That we the last of the positive experience. Got notified of the delivery date. The day before In tired to get advice re the earliest possible delivery time. I explained that my wife is disabled and it would be good to know the day before as to the "earliest" time that the delivery would arive. Got told on 3 separate occasions that that was not possible! I told them that all I wanted was to know the earliest time so that I could plan for my wife's rise and not to be in bed when they arrived. Couuld'nt do it. WHAT??????? The issue is my wife's personal dignity! Not to be in bed when folks arrived at our house. HOW HARD IS THAT???????? We have bought lots of stuff over the yeras bfrom Winnings, won't bother again!!!!

I recently purchased a washing machine for my daughter having purchased appliances from Winnings over 35 years.

Lost my order, failed to tell me and then said i would have to wait until November for a replacement. A competitor delivered the same machine 3 days later. Not good enough.

My son and his partner are outfitting a house reno right now- Winnings won't be on the list

Failed to order our products. Only because I popped in store at the stipulated delivery date and asked how the order was progressing I was told that the order hadn’t been made yet. Now I’ve been told that it will be another 20 weeks at least (don’t you know it’s coming from Italy????). Won’t airfreight the products (even at our expensive). Hostile service. Has delayed our move in date by months and waterproofing of bathroom can’t proceed and unfortunately I can’t change the products as the joinery has been designed around them. Worst experience of any provider in this very large build project - hands down. Would give zero stars if permitted.

Also very hard to get a hold of anyone who knows what is happening. Dozens of unanswered calls, promises that someone will call unfulfilled and everyone blames each other. Staff all use the excuse that they only started a few weeks ago and don’t know the processes. I wonder if this business will be around in the next 5 years????

Staff were knowledgeable about product and alternatives, flexible, efficient and kept to commitments.
We have regularly used Winnings and they have always been very helpful and deliver.

I needed a new fridge urgently and on my first attempt I found what I was looking for, and they delivered it the next day for free and took the old one away. It was completely hassle free, quick and easy.

Winnings have been superb to deal with from the salesperson in the showroom through to the delivery to the cabinet maker who was regionally based.

Was online and saw something we have been looking for - a rather expensive item. Not something you just click on cart and buy! Used their "send enquiry" link next to the item and completed the form to ask about availability for delivery and whether this is their best price. Not a peep since! I even tried to follow up. No acknowledgement or anything. Poor service. If this is what they are like before I ahve bought anything in the pre-sale / sale process, have no confidence in what happens once they have your money .... would love to share the email for verification with product review - unfortunanly - there is none as they won't respond.
