Shocking customer service
This is my first ever review. On 26 October, I ordered 6 bottles of Ataraxia Serenity 2019 which was in stock. Two days later, the funds having been deducted from my account, I received an email explaining that, actually, the wine wasn't in stock but Ataraxia Serenity 2020 was due in the following week (check out Dean's response to earlier review in March about being more transparent about stock issues!). I agreed to wait. After the due date came and went, with no further contact, I sent a chasing email. No response, so I phoned Dean. He persuaded me not to cancel my order. BIG MISTAKE. Eventually, on 10 November, I cancelled my order and, on 11 November, Dean confirmed he had refunded my money. At this point things had deteriorated with Dean accusing me of being impatient and unhappy! Since then, I have had cause to chase the refund which, as of todays date (3 December) has still not been received. Incidentally, I managed to source the Ataraxia Serenity 2019 elsewhere - I emailed the company and, within 10 minutes, they had confirmed stock availability and my order was placed. Six bottles were delivered, from Scotland to London, the next day, free of charge. THAT'S WHAT I CONSIDER GOOD SERVICE!!

Wines delivered not as advertised & ordered. Poor response to complaint.
I never leave bad reviews but feel I need to this time. I ordered a mixed case of SA wines. I ordered several bottles of Warwick First Lady Pinotage 2020. I had phoned prior to placing the order and confirmed it would be the 2020 vintage which had received very good reviews. The 2019 arrived. I phoned about it about a week ago and was told they'd look into it and get back to me, but they haven't. Very disappointing!
