I’m not happy with this product

I’m not happy with this product. It broke after the first drop, which is very disappointing for something that costs $30. I also requested a warranty replacement, but they asked me to pay $15.99 for shipping, which doesn’t seem fair considering the product failed so easily. I expected much better quality

Faulty iPhone 17 pro protective…

I bought the iPhone 17 pro protective case
When I returned from holiday I tried the case with my brand new iPhone 17 pro
The phone case is too small
I have reported this providing pictures as requested by their customer support team
I keep being fobbed off every though I have provided everything they have asked for including order number pictures etc all in within 28 days of purchase
As of yet they have failed to refund me or send a returns slip
I will persue this through my legal team as this company is misleading customers their products will fit iPhone 17 pro
I would advise anyone looking for a new protector case DO NOT BUY FROM WINCASE
Still waiting refund or a reply regarding my complaint.

One case was surprisingly good

One case was surprisingly good. The other was unfortunately nothing like it appeared online in the picture they provide.

They will only refund if I swallow the postage myself and the offer of a 4.99 is nothing but a joke

They haven't provided the products I bought. I will be contacting my bank to request a chargeback for the entire purchase.

My delivery gone to the wrong address and this company refused to redeliver or refund.
Do not buy from them. Extremely bad customer service.

Shady operation STAY AWAY

Delivery company claimed the item was delivered where it was not. No proof of delivery was given, no photo no SMS no gps tracking, NOTHING.

I informed Winscase and requested a refund. They now claim they will "provide proof soon". And that the package has been "signed for" (lol).

So now they intend to forge my signature, they can't be real!!!

I don't think they understand know how consumer law works in the EU.

This is basically a borderline scam operation that turns into full scam when it comes to customer support.

Facebook is now full of these dodgy Chinese companies with no integrity or customer relations.

Not recommended

Very poor service. They offer a 30-day returen service, but the buyer has to pay the costs for the reture himself. The quality of the product is very poor and does not serve its purpose in any case. I give a very bad grade of -6 and will never buy from Wincase again. Awful

Awful. Marketed as an electroplated phone case. Cheap plastic with flaking paint. Plastic lens cover covered in scratches. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEY ARE 100000 PERCENT SCAMMERS! Sent me a temu product that did not fit! And refused to refund me. They emailed me back so unprofessional and was really rude and danced around the fact that they were keeping my money.. lesson learned is what I take from this DONT BUY!

Wrong product and no refund

I live in Germany and bought a smartphone case (about 35€).
The case was for the wrong model. They offered me a compensation of 4.99$ or I should send the case back to china for full refund. Shipping to china is 30€ so I took the compensation. The compensation came within a day.

Would not generate returns paperwork but instead advised I had to arrange shipping to Shenzhen China despite 30 days "easy returns" promise in shipping policy

Slow shipping, phone does sit snug in the case, might have paint chipping damage.

About 4 days after that email I got a tracking code, order was being flown from China. Took another 4-5 days for it to arrive in my mailbox.

I got one of the black aluminium back cover cases, phone sits snug in the case, the back piece goes on snug too. My only complaint would be a very small paint chipping on the frame, which was either missed in inspection before packaging or there was no inspection at all. It doesn't bother me entirely since it will get those over time regardless.

Mala atención al cliente y producto

Compré una funda de 35€, me decidí y no leí opiniones antes. No contestan ni a tf, ni a correo ni a redes sociales. La funda no es como en la imagen, no es tan premium y lo peor es que no me sirve. He intentado contactar con ellos mediante todas las formas que hay en su web y no me contestan por ninguna. Doy por hecho que he perdido el dinero.
Espero que al notificar en esta reseña me lean y resuelvan mi problema.

Ordered a case in February 8th

Ordered a case in February 8th, by the end of March I contacted them to say "it looks like it isn't going to arrive and could they refund me" Only to be greeted with "we cant refund while its in Transit" it had been 2 months.

So, here we are in May and I still dont have the case and dont have a refund tracking hasn't changed since the end of February. They're criminals DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Takes way too long to ship

Takes way too long to ship. No clear indication items come from China. After placing the order they didn't ship it for 4 days, I had to email them to remind them. Ordered on December 7th, now it's December 23rd and no package, it just now made it to my city. I requested a refund due to long shipping time, it will probably get ignored.

Poor Product

While I appreciate the product is being delivered from outside the UK, the delivery time is quite long.
Biggest issue is that to make this screen saver fit a screen which is slightly curved in the edges they have just made it really small (external screen on Motorola Razer 50 Ultra).
This means some of the screen is obscured by the protectors edges and makes touching the screen very difficult. In addition £14 for one screen protector is ridiculous.
Do not buy.
