Booking was easy. Their gas safe engineer arrived on time and carried out an annual service on our boiler. He was polite and professional, leaving no mess. The bill was exactly as quoted with no surprises. I will likely be using these guys going forward and would recommend their services.

Wirral Gas stepped in at short notice and undertook all the works required to refurb our whole ground floor in conjunction with our builders.

Works included, temporary feed to keep our old boiler up and running right throughout winter, install our new boiler and commission with Hive, upgrade all our radiator feeds from 10mm to 15mm, strip out anything not needed anymore, install 6 new rads and a new feed for our new gas hob. On top of that they fixed an existing tap in the bathroom that had seized. Nothing was too much trouble.

Jay,JP, Mike and Faz and a couple of others who we didn’t see all came over the multiple visits needed, they never let us down, turned up when they said they would, all worked tidily and all were polite and friendly. The work was first class, Lisa in the office was a pleasure to deal with when we needed some support. Give them a ring, they wont let you down.

It was a very positive experience. Having deliberated over which gas company to go with I'm very glad I went with Wirral Gas Installations. A new boiler had become essential. After an initial free call out and survey the new boiler was installed by efficient, polite and hard working engineers who put in a 12 hour shift to get it up and working. They returned the following morning to finish minor work and to check all was working as it should. They promptly attended the following week by request to balance the radiators. Everything was left clean and tidy when the work was completed.

My boiler failed and needed replacing in January! They prioritised the work and fitted a new boiler in a total of just 5 day from the original fault working on a Saturday.
