Being able to discuss the EAP and benefits with Casey Prebble was great.
To have Casey answer question's on how EAP would be able to be used and accessed in our workplace allowed us to be able to make a clearer decision on the product.
This allowed me to make a better decision that will provide our staff with an EAP service provider.

Dealing with Casey from Wisdom Wellbeing was a pleasure. He's very personable, and wasn't like a typical 'salesman' constantly calling. He provided the facts, explained the why and then provided space to reflect before signing. It was important to have those first impressions prior to signing up for a long term partnership.

Casey was brilliant in explaining to my husband and I how this service will benefit the wellbeing of my staff and our families. He was extremely polite, informative, genuine and an easy going person to listen and understand our needs. He was also able to reduce the cost for us based on three family members working together as they would be counted as one. We are so excited to begin this journey relieving stress and providing a safer and enjoyable workplace for our staff.

Was very happy with the counsellor they provided me with she was great. Unfortunately my experience with wisdom wellbeing themselves was not so great. When already struggling and finding the courage to seek counselling through them , they provided me with a counsellor in a different country. Waited online for half an hour then to only find out after calling and waiting for call backs that it was their error.

I recently completed six sessions with Rany at Wisdome Wellbeing, and I am so grateful for the support I received. I initially reached out because of workplace stress, but our conversations naturally expanded into personal and family challenges, and general anxiety. Throughout every session, Rany was incredibly patient, understanding, and thoughtful. She listened without judgment and offered guidance and practical tools in a way that felt gentle yet meaningful.
I always felt heard, supported, and respected. She helped me see things from a calmer, clearer perspective and gave me strategies that I’ve already been able to put into practice in my everyday life.
I would highly recommend Rany to anyone looking for compassionate and effective support. She truly made a positive impact at a time when I really needed it.

Oscar Bertuzzi was a great presenter, able to answer all questions, clearly explained the system and the benefits. For me EAP is new and bringing this into our team is exciting. There was not a question too hard, or an unknown ground that Oscar was not able to assist with.

I didn't know anything about the Peninsula EAP and Lukas explained it very well.
We had issues with connectivity, but he was able to be patience and handle the conversation well.

My experience was great because Andrew allowed me the safe space to talk about my grieving , my worries and my anxieties. He gave me insights and ways to deal with and also see things differently.
