Great job, lovely company to deal with from point of contact to fitting loft insulation, ventilation upgrades and fitting super quiet and efficient extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom. Fitters took care whilst in my property, leaving it clean and tidy when they had finished. Customer service was excellent, I was kept informed throughout, they went the extra mile to sort out a small issue and everything was fitted and working with minimal disruption. I would happily recommend Wise Energy

I wasn't aware Wise Energy was the company behind my solar panel installation. However the installation was quick, fuss-free and except for the surprise that the battery charges from the grid at 1am, everything performs as expected.

Really great bunch of knowledgeable people. Went out of their way to address some issues we encountered and ultra friending and helpful to deal with.

The company kept me informed at all stages of the project.
The team worked so hard doing the cavity wall insulation and carried on to finish in twilight to get the job done.
Everything was neat and tidy and no mess was left behind.
Two previous companies refused to do the cavity wall due to the air bricks and access over the conservatory.
This team did not hesitate.
There were a few minor snags that the company resolved very promptly

To carry out the agreed work. However, they were unable to start or complete the job, as they advised that they were not qualified to undertake the work required. I was informed that the felt and tiles would also need to be removed, which they stated was outside of their scope of work.
After contacting their manager, the team left my property without completing any work.
I have since called on numerous occasions and this is now my second email requesting the return of my deposit of £2,130. I would appreciate the courtesy of a response to my calls and emails.
I feel that I have been misled regarding the services your company could provide. As the agreed work was not carried out, I am formally requesting an immediate refund of my full deposit.
4 day on no call back feel let down and question if this compery should be trading and look into
