He took the time to send me not just tracking information based upon my availability to take receipt of watch he also sent me a short recording of the packaging process to assure me of security and safety while in carriage. He discussed my requirements and helped me to narrow down the search to the watch that I really wanted. His knowledge and understanding were sublime, and he did not once try and force my decision.
