Wise Move Avis 

It was easy to organise my move. Genuinely good customer experience from Wise Move. Movers themselves were really good and efficient.

I wasn't aware of Wise Move until I needed to find a moving company. I hadn't seen any advertising etc and I didn't get it at first. But you build your moving job (from where, to where, how much stuff) and post it and have lots of different moving companies quote on it.
I thought I might get 2 or 3 quotes but ended up seeing like 11 quotes to pick from. Gave me a lot of peace of mind that I wasn't overpaying and picked one in the middle who seemed to offer what I wanted.
I was moving a 3 bedroom house and while the item pick list in Wise Move helped give me an idea of cubic meters required, I had a lot of items that didn't easily fit a category. I just wanted to be able to fill a decent sized truck (~35 m3 in the end) - an option on their site for "just picking a size" would be a good option.

The Wise Move site made it easy by collating all the quotes in one place and having a great interface to message the movers with clear pricing and service offering.

I had some really heavy items that needed to be moved quickly. I posted the job and had plenty of options to choose from. They were quick and have everything done within my timeframe.

Highly recommend, Warren is professional, efficient and takes great care with your furniture, I found the whole process smooth and easy. Would highly recommend Warren to any one needing a moving truck :)

I have never experienced such poor service and unprofessional communication.

After being offered a job and specifically asked to confirm the booking details, the pickup date and time were confirmed. Despite this, there was a complete no-show on the day, with no phone call, message, or notice whatsoever. We were simply left waiting.

On the morning of the scheduled pickup, I called to confirm arrangements and was told I would receive a callback within 30 minutes. No callback was ever received. After waiting at the pickup location for over an hour, I sent a message asking how far away the driver was, only to receive a text advising that the pickup could not be completed that day.

Following several phone calls, the job was rescheduled for the following morning, with a confirmed pickup time of 9:00 am. However, approximately three hours later, I received a cancellation notification.

The reason given was that the booking had been treated as a “flexible” job, which made little sense given that the company had requested and received confirmation of the specific pickup details beforehand.

The lack of communication, failure to honour confirmed arrangements, and last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully consider alternative transport providers.

I used this site "Wise Move" not realizing that it was actually like the builders crack site where different people message saying they can do the job for x amount. You choose the one that your happy with and go from there.. I can say how impressed using this site was, and then picking PF Moving Company to collect the goods for disposal. The service from beginning to end was outstanding and I 💯 highly recommend these guys for anything in the future. Only made the booking the night before and was inundated with messages. Appreciate you all, but so thrilled with who I went with. Cheapest quote and communication was spot on not to mention punctuality! Cheers guys you were definitely worth more than 5 stars for sure.
