Terrible quality, terrible customer service, terrible fit

Terrible quality. Customer service is awful and has not responded to me after 4 business days. At first my clothes were allowed for a store credit, but now it says not eligible for store credit or a refund and their return window is 10 days!! I REGRET PURCHASING FROM THEM SO MUCH!!! Does not look like how it does on the models. Overpriced & can’t even get the item in my size or a refund. I’m just stuck with reselling an overpriced item.

HORRENDOUS clothing quality

HORRENDOUS clothing quality, and they only offer store credits for returns. I’d never want store credit to shop here after receiving my first items. Absolute scam.

Sizing is not good at all

Sizing is not good at all. when i went to try to exchange my order was not avaiable because i used my welcome discount? i wouldnt even mind paying the difference but then why offer a welcome discount?
i ordered 3 items. all medium. one fit smaller, the shorts fit so tight i would need to get an XL for it to have the same size as the model and the other medium top was huge on the top and so tight in the midsection.

WITHOUT Consideration

Bought an item on March 16 that would be dispatched from March 21, it's now April 2 and it still has not been sent. I emailed their customer service team multiple times asking when it would be sent from March 25 to no response. I finally emailed them on Monday 31st March to ask them to cancel the order as I am moving overseas on 6 April. I FINALLY got a response to my other emails (ignored the most recent email asking them to cancel) on Tues 1st April where they told me it was on the way with Aus Post. A lie. The shipping label was CREATED BY THE SENDER on Monday 31st and has STILL NOT BEEN SENT. Considering they don't even offer refunds on full priced items this in an absolute joke. So i'm going to be sent a $200 item when I don't even live in the country anymore. Thanks guys!!

Terrible customer service and quality of clothing.

extremely disappointed with the customer service of this brand. i’ve emailed them 5 times in the last 4 weeks with no reply to anything. I had previously bought a white soho mini skirt which i loved and then i bought a black soho mini and after one wash it has shrunk and the dye has come out making it look so cheap. This is a very expensive brand that claims to be “sustainable and ethical” but can’t take the time to email back their customers?? I was very keen to support this brand because of their ethical “claims” however after hearing from other people’s experiences too i’d be apprehensive to believe anything they say. It’s also interesting how difficult it is to contact them.. can’t review their website, doesn’t respond to emails or instagram DMs doesn’t have a google business profile ??

Unresponsive Customer Service and Poor Quality

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with With Consideration. I purchased two skirts, the Leopard Print Soho Mini Skirt and the Black Soho Mini Skirt (Order #11433). Despite following the care instructions provided by the company (gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent), the black skirt shrunk significantly after the first wash. Meanwhile, the Leopard Print skirt retained its original size.

As a resident of Denmark, I paid a substantial amount in customs fees to receive these skirts from Australia, making the total cost of these items even higher. Given the price, I expected a much higher quality product. Unfortunately, the quality does not reflect the premium price I paid.

To make matters worse, I contacted their customer service 12 days ago regarding this issue and have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I strongly advise others against purchasing from With Consideration. Their products are overpriced for the quality provided, and their customer service is non-existent.

I really hope to get a response, so the matter can be solved. In that case I will update this review.
