– Semaglutide, weekly injection

How StackLab works
1) Take a 3-minute online assessment covering your goals, health history, and current weight.
2) A clinician licensed in your state reviews your answers, typically within a day, and sets your starting dose if you're prescribed.
3) Your medication is compounded to order by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and ships free in 2 to 3 days, in plain packaging.
4) Refills ship every 28 days, and a monthly check-in adjusts your dose as your body changes.
What's included
Every plan includes the prescription, medication, supplies, shipping, monthly check-ins, and unlimited messaging with your care team: a nurse practitioner, a care coordinator, and a compounding pharmacist.
Patients also get care coaching on protein, movement, and sleep, and can order bloodwork through their account.
Pricing and policies
Plans start at $79 a month on a 12-month plan, or $119 month-to-month. The price is the same at every dose, and there's no membership fee. Patients who aren't prescribed receive a full refund, and cancelling takes one step from your account. Patients switching from another provider can usually continue at their current dose.
Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians, who decide whether to prescribe.

Better than other telehealth options
I was so surprised how quickly product arrived to my house. I've used other services before and this was much faster. I also feel like there is a lot of support here, in addition to the medications -- it's not just a prescription. There's a whole care ecosystem, which feels much more thoughtful and comparable to my primary care doctor.

Excellent service and was so easy and quick! I tried to bring up a GLP1 with my doctor for the past year but she kept dismissing me and pushing it off -- I gave up. StackLab made it so easy to put in my health information and recommended semaglutide. The meds shipped super quickly too. Such a game changer!
