Wizard Eco Avis 15

We recently had a full heating system installed plus loft insulation and cavity wall.
All the tradesmen were exceptional,they turned up on time and carried out work needed to a high standard.
We can't thank the wizard eco team enough for their first class service all their hard work and help,we particularly liked that they cleaned up at the end of the day.
Our house is now lovely and warm

All the staff involved with the Wizard Eco solar panel and insulation project, under the Eco 4 scheme we signed for, were most helpful and hard working and we thank the insulation team, solar panel company and the electricians – in fact all involved.

Our only complaint was the ventilation required by the scheme in an old house. No consideration is given to the existing draughts, or window frame age and structure. Vents in sash windows don’t work. The Eco 4 scheme is structured for one system fits all houses.

We had Dmitrij and Blazej who were extremely hardworking and very clean and tidy. Dmitrij was also very helpful in suggesting ways around a problem. They were so hardworking, they completed two days work by 3pm on the first day! We were very happy with the service.

Insulation team led by Dmitrij were great. Put down plastic to protect carpets, and cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with the work they did.

All the tradesmen were very competent at their work and made the minimum amount of mess. The whole system of the heat pump and solar is working fine and after Chris L's inspection all work is done to high standard. Thanks to all especially to Dimetri who worked well with us.! Vivian and Mary Jones

Dmitriz and Blazej came to install some window vents, loft insulation, building up loft storage and preparing walls for extractor fans. There was more work than they were expecting but they stayed all day until it was done. Two friendly, fantastic guys who worked very hard all day. Both are a credit to Wizarde Eco, you're lucky to have them! Outstanding job, thank you both.

Chris L and his team of highly competent installers have transformed our home with their expertise and competent fitting of heat pump, radiators and solar panels. All works very efficiently carried out, tidily and in good time.

We had work carried out over the last 2 days by Dmitriy and Pablo. The work entailed full upgrade to loft insulation. Not an easy task as 1 loft area very cramped and a small hatch to access. 10 window vents, 2 wall vents in the wood burner rooms and an outlet for a fan in the kitchen.
They were both courteous and respectful completing the work to a professional standard and in a timely manner. They protected our wooden floors and carpets before the work started and thoroughly cleaned through on completion. I highly recommend this team and would welcome them back anytime.

Poor workmanship, left a mess behind. System sluggish and no consistent warmth. Bathroom taps runs only Luke warm water. Very cold in bath as heating goes off when you run bath. Only a couple of cold days so far but had been freezing in house.

We had 2 guys attend to complete the work and they were thorough in explaining everything and allowed me to check the progress throughout. They made sure everything was protected in the house and I was impressed with their clean up afterwards.

Visited by Dimitri today who fitted my loft insulation, 12 trickle vents in my windows and made the outlet cavities for fans to be fitted when my new boiler is installed.
He was very friendly and efficient and completed all jobs cheerfully and effectively.
He cleared everything up afterwards and left the place looking tidier than when he arrived.
Would thoroughly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any further work that needed to be carried out.

heat source system fitted nearly a year ago never worked properly contacted them a number of times but never turn up ive got cables over water pipes a control panel behind hot water cylinder job is just a botch job all round light switch on t5he ceiling over the stair well
