My son ordered a metal bed frame and wooden slats from a very well known company who claim you can "put it together single handedly in 35 mins"...well not us! We began enthusiastically, followed the confusing and insufficient instructions with great difficulty...2 hours later ...put together but the wooden slats didn't fit, didn't match up and certainly weren't going to support a mattress let alone a person! I contacted the manufacturer who asked for photos and suggested we take it apart to return it....what??? I had hoped for assistance/helpful suggestions given that my son had moved in that day and needed a bed...not a replacement in four weeks time. I was googling "help to put together a metal bed frame" when I came across Wizard Fix ...so we weren't the only ones to struggle with flat pack furniture. I contacted them immediately and they responded immediately. I was given a time of between 3 and 4pm that day but as it happened the guy who was booked for our job was running ahead of time so asked if I wanted an earlier call... absolutely! He was friendly, professional and so good at his job...20 mins later we had an actual bed frame which would hold a mattress... which he kindly unpacked for me and put on the bed just to be sure. Had we known about Wizard Fix we wouldn't even have attempted to put the damn thing together ...we are no DIY ers and the sight of so many metal rods, wooden slats and different size screws just made our hearts sink. Don't believe you can build a safe reliable piece of furniture with"the enclosed Aln key" ... leave it in the box and call Wizard Fix.

Gary assembled a patio garden furniture set for me. Booking was very quick and efficient. Was kept informed of arrival time and he did an excellent job of putting together the furniture. Pointed out an issue with two of the chairs which was due to a design fault rather than his own expertise. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

The two that came to fix two waldrobes for me so lovely and polite even asked should they take there shoes off when coming inside very quick in building and letting me inspect to make sure doors work lovely service will use them again

Fantastic work by Morgan and Gary of wizard fix in assembling my IKEA wardrobe and Habitat dressing table. They did both jobs with great efficiency and to a high standard. Great service and work by the Wizard fix team. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use again whenever i need this type of work done.

We used Wizard Fix to collect, deliver and assemble our Ikea furniture and they were brilliant. Thank you Morgan and Gary!!!
I contacted them on Sunday, placed the order with Ikea and it was collected and assembled bank holiday Monday.
They even went back to ikea to replace a damaged part.

I hired wizard fix for help with assembling furniture. There were numerous positives worth highlighting:
- I chatted with Adam online who was responsive and helpful. He kindly managed to get me a next day booking and explained their pricing structure clearly.
- I was given a specific time the team will arrive. However, I received a call and was told that they are able to visit me earlier if that suits me. I really appreciated the communication and that it was left up to my schedule.
- The two guys from wizard fix arrived at the agreed on time
- They were both remarkably friendly and professional. They were efficient with their work, splitting up as needed to divide the work and get it done in a timely manner.
- Throughout the process I could tell that they were really careful, making sure not to make a mess or scratch the new furniture.
- They were always polite and asked for permission if they need to move things around
- They did a fantastic job assembling the furniture
- They gave me multiple options for how I could deal with the leftover cardboard boxes, including offering me a very reasonable price for them to deal with it completely (which I happily took them up on as it saved me a lot of time and effort)
- Shortly after they left I noticed a small issue that's very easy to miss with one of the assembled pieces. I called them up and they came back shortly after to sort it out. They fixed it completely and were courteous about the whole thing. They triple checked that I'm happy with everything and had a second look themselves to make sure everything is sorted.
- Worth highlighting is that both guys were excellent company

I genuinely don't have any negatives, and intend to contact them again if I ever need handy work done around the flat

Tony was the first person who attended me on WhatsApp, and there started my good impression about Wizard Fix: he were really helpful, friendly and professional at the same time, attending all my requests quickly. Also, he was super flexible with my tight schedule, even when I was unsure about the time on the day booked.
Morgan and Ali came to us to assemble our new bed and remove our old one. Those guys, completed my good impression about the company: both patient, friendly, fast and skilled. They’re really good! They called me before arrived and when arrived, as I was late and waited me for a couple of minutes, to open the door for them. They perfectly assembled the bed. Was beautiful.
Wizard Fix has a competitive and good price. The best I could find in London with a very good service! Yes, they are Wizards! Thank you all guys! I recommend the company and definitely will use them again.
