The homepage shows a bonus and has a countdown that says 4 hours left. I didn't claim it and I checked the next day. Same bonus, same 4 hour countdown. It isn't a real timer, it just resets to create urgency. It feels dishonest. I stopped trusting any of their time-limited claims.

I get logged out automatically after what feels like ten minutes of inactivity. This is especially frustrating when I just need to take a break between spins, and I have to log back in all the time which interrupts my gameplay.

As a beginner, I took a bonus without understanding what the rollover requirement was. There was no explanation about that during signup. Later, I found out that I have to wager 40 times before I can withdraw. New players are punished for not understanding biz speak.
