Great customer service, huge selection of products and quick postage. Ordered a bunch of liquids, of which Royal Mail only delivered two. Called WizVape with the issue and without question they posted again the missing ones. Thank you

Very disappointed. I gave them the information regarding the coils I wanted. They sent the wrong item and refused to accept liability, trying to blame me for giving them the wrong information !! Only cost me £13 but it could have been much worse. Won't touch them with a bargepole. Consider who you use.

I ordered 5 vapes on the 4th September. We are now on the 8th and the order hasn’t even been dispatched, so now I am spending more money on lost Mary’s to get myself by because I expected these to follow through with my order and deliver within the 1-2 days mark but that hasn’t happened. Really not happy with this site.

If you order a black coloured vape expect to get what they have in stock. No email asking if a colour change is possible just send what ever they want. Buy at your own risk.

Very disappointed in the service that I never received from Wizvape, having been a loyal customer for over a year and spending hundreds of pounds on the site, I was not told about my order( which I had paid for days ago by the way!) was out of stock, no communication from them whatsoever, I had to chase them up myself to be told it was out of stock and discontinued, no mention of this on the website! Was offered a refund of my £30 which I had to chase but that hasn’t appeared yet, 3days later…
They have messed up in the past which I’ve let slide because they begged me to take a bad review down in exchange for some free items that were useless cheap tat btw, disappointed to say the least, total lack of communication and compassion, will not be returning

Quick and straightforward transaction. Was a little wary at first, but these folks came through next day. Good price, why I checked em out, great experience too, why I'll come back next time.

following placing my order I received an email confirming as well as details regarding delivery. I received delivery on time within 2 days.

I ordered on the 28th, today is the 30th and it hasn't been shipped yet, but it says next day delivery by 4pm
