Service was top quality. He arrived at my house at short notice within 30 minutes of me calling. He managed to open the door within 5 minutes and only took around 10 minutes to fully change the locks and issue me with multiple sets of keys. Hopefully I won’t have to call him again but would 100% recommend his services.

I had booked Mike in a few weeks back ready for the day our tenants were due to leave our house but fortunately or unfortunately we never needed Mike’s services in the end. What I can say is that he was informative and helpful and he was understanding when I had to cancel the appointment. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever get locked out or need locks changing and I would encourage others to give him a call for a professional response.

I was pleasantly surprised when W Locksmith was able to replace an obsolete and rare lock for me.
I had problems with my old lock from the front door. During the first visit I found out that the only lock from my door is not on the market anymore and the security of my home is considerably reduced as I've been advised not to turn the key into the lock, as there are high chances of being stuck. The locksmith quickly gave me some temporary alternatives until he finds a viable solution.
Long story short, W Locksmith took this matter in their hands and two weeks later they've managed to find a similar lock in Europe, even though was not the same and everything should be changed, including keys.
I am happy with this alternative and the work; they assured me that anything happens from now, they'll be able to fix it.
The long waiting and the clean work worth the waiting. My door looks good and the lock is better and more robust and secure than the previous one. I feel safe again!

Had an emergency in Paddington West London and a local locksmith from W locksmith showed up in 15 minutes. They charged me the final amount £70 for a door opening which is pretty reasonable. Would use this prompt service again.
