I fell for the 3 bras for £54 offer! It sounded good but when they arrived they are clearly not for me; no support at all and no way to adjust. I have emailed them asking for the address to return them to and requested a refund but 24 hours later there has been no response. I'll try again but tbh I don't hold out much hope given the majority of reviews on here.

Poor quality product incredibly cheap wouldn't last long, poor sizing, L in China very different from L in U.K.
Returns process is very difficult (designed this way I think) at least ten emails back and forward, they offer low value vouchers then a refund less than you paid minus postage. Took refund as didn't trust them to just say 'product not received, so no refund at all'.

I requested a return address for a refund as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam
‘I have received the above order which was advertised as a ‘Push-up Comfort and Posture Correcting Bra scientifically designed to combine comfort, health and aesthetics.’ Both push-up and posture correcting
is what I need but on trying the bra it did neither. The band underneath didn’t remain straight it rolled and although I lifted my breasts inside the cups (which always works with my other non wired bras) my breasts remained lower than the cups - where the rolled band was and provided no support at all.
The design clearly is not for my shape.
Could you please provide the return address details for a full refund as soon as possible, thank you.’
Their 1st reply was:
‘Our bra offers elasticity and is suitable for both sports and casual wear, providing comfort and freedom for enhanced chest development. While bras with steel rings offer more support, they can cause discomfort. Steel-free bras are increasingly popular for their comfort.

If you're dissatisfied, we can offer a £5 partial refund. If you still wish to return the item, we'll assist with the refund process. We're eager to resolve your issue promptly’
CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ASSIST WITH THE RDFUND PROCESS.
I had two more attempts at requesting return info with silly replies the last one as follows:
‘Hello, we are sorry that we had to give you an unpleasant shopping experience!
According to our shipping policy, you have a 30-day return policy and we will be happy to solve the problem for you . If you need to return the item, the return costs may be very high and there is a risk of the package being lost, so we advise you not to do so.
I would like to request a partial refund of £6, to avoid long waiting times or you will also receive a voucher for £20 for your next order. What do you think of that?

AT THIS POINT I SEARCHED FOR ANY REVIEWS -and here I am.
Clearly inferior product not living up to description. Who would want £20 voucher off the next purchase!! After 3 clear requests to return the item they are still trying to fob me off.
I hope other shoppers will see my review first and not bother ordering. Not even worth putting item into charity shop.

Total garbage product. It's not a bra, just a bit of flimsy rubbery fabric. If you return unwanted items, you lose money as they deduct their postage AND you have to return product to China. i fail to understand why they are still in business. Wish i had read reviews before wasting money

These Bras are a complete SCAM and the quality of the product is shockingly bad and nothing like the add, must have cost £1 to manufacture
They have no returns police no matter what they say, you are not getting your money back.
when you receive you goods it has a UK address but that is just a shipping address for them from China, so to try and get your money back you would have to ship to China which is more expensive than the rubbish you have bought and you only have 21 days to return.
They mess you about wont give you the return address and try to Barter with you offering you a few quid and encouraging you to sell them on LOL
Best advice just do not buy from them its a complete SCAM and the adds should be banned

Like others I wouldn't give any stars if I could. I ordered 3 bras £56 three months ago and never received anything. I sent countless emails asking when I would receive the items and was politely fobbed off every time. In my last 2 emails I said I'd reported them to the Trading Standards Authority and that I'd asked for their website to be investigated. They gave me a refund. These people should not be allowed to advertise, they're a disgrace.

I had the same experience as all the other reviewers! Tried to return the product only to discover they are based in China!! After many emails and only being offered £6 refund I decided to take action!
Having paid for the product via PayPal I decided to go through their Resolution Centre where I could exchange messages with Wmbra and they were logged on my PayPal account.
Wmbra became very concerned and offered me more money on the condition that I cancel my dispute with PayPal. I informed them that unless I received a full refund I would escalate it to a claim with PayPal whereby PayPal then decide the outcome. Success I immediately received a full refund !!

If I could give 0 I would, this is a SCAM! Do NOT buy from wmbra under any circumstances! They are a china based company, the posture correcting bra is made from inferior, flimsy material that must have been cheap to make, the package arrived without a returns slip and the only way to return is to email them which is just the beginning of a long protracted email conversation in which they offer £6, then£8, then £13 citing a hard luck story of low profit margins! It's truly awful. Go to your trading standards and report, report report, this company is targeting older women and getting huge amounts of money out of people under false presences. Just terrible.

My story is the same as all the others ,purchased a bra for the wife ,this was total rubbish so returned to the address (which was in England)by royal mail to be signed for to prove they received it they keep saying they have no record of this .this was after offering £7 and keep it ,when I refused they offered £9 when I refused this their last offer was 50% which would be about £12.50 .DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM IT IS NOT A UK COMPANY BUT IN CHINA WITH ADDRESSES ALL OVER THE WORLD. I FINISHED UP GETTING MY MONEY BACK VIA PAYPAL BUT ONLY AFTER I HAD RETURNED THE RUBBISH ITEMS AT A NON REFUNDABLE £20 POSTAGE..

I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Absolute rubbish material, and poorly made, no support, certainly would not correct posture. I got these for my sister who has had breast surgery for cancer, and was struggling with wearing a bra. Spent £54 they offered me £8 refund and to pay postage to China. Another Asian County scamming the Brits.
No where on their site does it mention China.
I will inform trading standards, and everyone get together and write to "Rip off Britain" BBC Angela and Gloria will do something, I'm sure.

I ordered the smallest version of their comfort bra on September 15th. The product arrived a couple of days later but the largest version had been sent. I contacted the company whose address was on the delivery label saying I intended to return the product with its packaging and wanted a replacement in the correct (and ordered) size. Email reply (September 26th) said no problem and I didn't have to return the bra I had: they would send me the correct size anyway. By that time I had posted the oversized item back to the only address available, sending it recorded delivery. Since then nothing - neither acknowledgement nor replacement bra nor refund. Is it a scam?

I have been trying to get a refund since August and just been offered silly money even paid postage to send back to China instead of their full refund guarantee. I eventually got an address in China to send to and now am told as I didn't have a tracking number they can't tell me if they received the 3 bras back. I have now been offered £20 having spent over £60. I would have given 0* but have had to settle for 1, as that is the lowest. I'm a 70 year old pensioner and along with a lot of other people have been ripped off.

Extreme care. The items were not suitable so am trying to get a refund. They seem unwilling to supply the address to return items to. Amount of purchase is approx £62.00 they have offered a refund of £8.00 to save me returning the items. The goods come from China not the UK.

Absolutely appalling service and quality.
I purchased 2 bras, when received they are very flimsy and tiny. How they can be advertised as supportive is beyond me! I finally managed to get a return address from them after many emails and them offering me £6 and the suggestion that I re-sell them. After putting them in the post (back to China) I attached my proof of posting to an email, to be told that this is not enough and that they need a tracking number. Why would I pay for such a terrible product to be tracked? As with another review I was asked to put £10 on the customs label to help them avoid paying tax/duty (poor them!) I do not expect to get my money back. Absolute scam! If I could leave a zero rating I would.

Please dear ladies do not purchase.

I recently purchased some bras from Wmbra, but unfortunately the cups were not big enough for me as I am a G-H cup. (In my opinion they would fit up to a DD cup nicely). But the fabric was lovely, and they were well made. And, if I were a smaller cup, I would have been very happy with them.

I emailed Wmbra to explain this, then received instructions on how to return them and, when the tracking information showed that they had been delivered, I received a full refund, (less the original postage). Many thanks.

This company is now expecting me to return the bra to China, at my expense, but still intend to deduct shipping costs from the refund. Plus they expect me to write on the customs label that the contents have a value of only £10 so that "we do not have to pay expensive customs duties and not be held by them". That is surely fraudulent.

Very unreliable. Bought a product since june yet to receive it. Unable to deliver address not complete. We are in September now the company refused to refund my money. Their customer service is minus zero

Not even worth one star. I too was taken in by this scam. I purchased 2 bras and with postage paid £47. On receipt of the bras found them to be inferior quality and very flimsy material. On requesting a return l was told it would cost between £20- £30 shipping, so suggested l give them away to someone and they would give me £6 refund. Please do not buy anything from this site. Despicable trading!
