I placed an order over a month ago have not received my order. They will not respond to emails. I’m sure this is not a legal company. Do not order from them. Do not order! I want my money back, I spent over a 100$ got ripped off. I finally got my order and it was trash.

I pd for an outfit that I never received. I am truly disapointed. I wanted to wear it for Black History Month in honor of my Nigerian friends.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I had to order from Amazon overnight at the last minute

I ordered Jan 22. Received it over a month later. I wanted to return it as soon as I grabbed the package out the mail because it was too lite and I knew it was the cheap material like SHIEN! I contacted them concerning a return and they said they negotiated a deal to give me back $18 from the $40.99 I spent for it. Horrible customer service and NEVER AGAIN WILL

This was the absolute WORST company to order from. I’ve tried contacting them on more than one occasion. After reading other’s reviews I’m kicking myself . I order Feb 8th and I still have NOT received my items. Every email has gone unanswered.

I ordered my sweatshirts for Black History Month and it’s now March almost a month later ( in 3 days).

I wish I had researched these thieves before ordering from them. They won’t respond and I hope that there’s an ounce of humanity in these greedy people. I know they’ll pay for being thieves, so I won’t worry about it anymore. I’m definitely going to inform every internet platform, nobody has money to give away. THIEVES!!!!!

This company is not trustworthy at all. I made an order on the 6th of February, even up to now I haven't received it. I sent two follow up emails but they responded saying the package will come. But it hasn't. What is surprising is that their tracking code does not work at all. I ended up today disputing the charge because honestly iam tired of being taken for granted. No one should buy from them. They are scammers.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would certainly put it! I really wish that I would’ve done my research before ordering from this company. I ordered a dress for Black History Month and it never made it to Black History Month. I ordered it in January and never received it. This is a complete and total scam. Please don’t waste your money.

Ordered two dresses Feb. 6th, money was taken immediately from my account, but no other info ever came except the receipt that I ordered. The tracking number on the receipt was fake and did not work anywhere, not USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Emailed Feb. 18th and received no response, ended up disputing the charge. Some folks said that they did receive their product, but I never received anything at all. I was hoping to wear for Black History Month. I was glad that I went thru PayPal because they were able to get me my money back.

Waited several seeks to receive two dresses and one set of earrings. The tracking never worked. It took over a month to get the items. When they arrived they are nothing like what they advertised. The quality is cheap and size is small fitting even In The size I normally order other clothing in from other stores. Overall: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Overpriced and cheap quality.

The clothing quality is marginal and the size chart was inaccurate for me. I could not find a return button on the site.
I WILL NOT order from them again. The order took a long time.

Do not walk away from their advertisement, RUN. It’s totally a SCAM. I ordered from them 2 months ago and have not received my dress. I emailed and no response!!! Very disappointing that people will scam you out of your hard earned dollars.

If you run across this site on social media. It's a scam! I placed an order with them and never received the item. I reached out to them by email. They told me the item was shipped and provided a fake tracking no. I researched the tracking no. it was non existent. I disputed the charge with my bank and the charge was reversed. DO NOT ORDER from WMNBLACK!

I placed an order on February 9, and I emailed to get a timeline of delivery because I wanted the dress for an event, and received no answer. I sent another email 2 days later, no answer. I sent another email 2 days later no reply. It is now February 20th, and I have not received my items. So, I had to dispute the charge.

I would not give them any stars, if possible! What you see online is not what you get in return for submitting your hard earned money up front! I am requesting a refund from the company or from my bank! My order was placed January 22, 2025. It was delivered February 19, 2025.

Do not order they will not respond to request they shipped out a totally different dress that I did not order. Scam!!!!!

Hi, The WMN black company advertising pictures are beautiful! However, waiting time to receive your item is very long. I’ve yet to receive my order and I ordered January 19, 2026. I’ve sent several emails this week 2/10/26 with absolutely no reply telling me when to expect my order! They received my money at the time I placed the order but I’ve not got it. If you are willing to wait 30. Days or more along with being dismissive or no communication then order! I sent an email on Monday 2/9th and a follow up 2 days later with negative results!

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 dresses from them and never received anything about it being out for delivery. I reach out via email numerous times. I also reached out to them via email saying I wanted to cancel my order since it hasn’t been shipped yet and a complete refund of 102.97. I have not heard from them. I will be contacting my bank and will never order again from them or anyone until I check reviews first. This company is practicing fraud by disguising/inferring that it’s a Black own company. Very deceitful and taking hard earn money from Black woman. After digging, I discovered it’s based in China. I’m taking this complaint to the top. There is a govt site that you can report fraud and I’m taking action. I’m sick of these fake companies taking advantage of people and getting away with it.
