Order placed on 17th May … still…
Order placed on 17th May … still waiting for it to arrive. Communication from the company is terrible and I am no further forward with receiving my items, unsure what to do next. Will never order again unsure how they are managing to get away with doing this to so many people judging by the reviews!
Never shipped
Never shipped my order! I placed an order for 2 items on the 30th of May. I noticed after a week I was never given any information regarding my order. I sent an email asking whether or not my order has been shipped and if there is an estimated date it will arrive. I was told that they would send me over tracking information in the next coming days. Days go by and I receive no information. I send another email asking if there is any updates on my package and i get an automated email response saying that if they will be sending out most of their orders in the next 72 hours. 3 days pass and there is still no word on my order. At this point it’s been over 2 weeks and I have no idea if they have shipped my parcel or not, and I they are sending me no information about my order.
Incorrect order
Please believe what you read on trustpilot. If I could give this company Zero stars I would. The communication throughout this company is diabolical I ordered a bikini on the the 22nd of May and within 10 minutes of ordering the Bikini I realised I ordered the incorrect style and contacted the Customer service team straightaway and was reassured I would get the correct item. After emailing to double check the shipment date and was given 5 working days which in the end turned more to 3 weeks of waiting I have received my order of the incorrect product. Communication between your team is evidently lacking and I have zero time to exchange this with going on holiday on Saturday to the correct items due to the company providing incorrect information on the leading time for shipping. Would not recommend.

ordered almost £100 worth of clothing.. over a month later and it never came. messaged them and they said it had been lost in transit & they would send another one out, another week goes past and nothing has been sent so i had to contact my bank to do a charge back. really disappointed as the clothes they advertise are really nice !! shame they dont actually send them… 😬😬 definitely dont order from here rather order from elsewhere & get my items.
Still waiting for my parcel over 3wks later
Ordered on 14th May and parcel was shipped on 21st May, still hadn’t received anything over a week later. Emailed them and they said Evri must of lost it even though shipping says they never received it. They said they would send a re shipment out on 30th May now 6th June and still nothing! Wouldn’t bother ordering from them again
Good communication
When my order was delayed I got in contact with the company and straight away my order was shipped for 2-4 Royal Mail tracking and the item came perfect with correct size. The company even gave me a skirt due to the delay of shipping as they are re modelling there company. Perfect outfit as described x

I’m so happy with my Wolfebay purchases! I bought the Purple Stars Tank Top and absolutely loved wearing it, the fit was so flattering, the quality is amazing. I also picked up the Baby Blue Fruits Dress for my upcoming holiday in July and I can’t wait to wear it, the colour is gorgeous. Highly recommend if you're looking for unique pieces that stand out! 🥰 thank you so much!!

Order well before holiday!
I placed an order back in mid Feb - I did pay for express delivery (2-4 days) however the items took a little over a month to arrive. I do understand its a small business and they probably had an influx of orders, but it would be nice for them to communicate if there's going to be a longer delay.
The embroidery on the bikini was lovely and well made but the bikini top sizing comes up very small. I have a bigger chest so I got the biggest size (14) and it was tiny! The actual bikini (embroidery aside) was ok - wouldnt say it is the best quality but then again the brand is reasonably priced in my opinion.
I did send the bikini back - they gave me store credit and did respond to my emails within a couple days so I cant fault this at all.
I do love their designs and think that if they get the long wait times sorted and better sizing for the bikini tops then it would be great:)

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Items are not sent and when you ask about your order you just get a response to say that their is t&c around sale items and when they will be posted.

Worst customer service, took weeks to arrive so didn’t get it in time for my holiday. sizing very wrong so doesn’t fit - poor quality material and they stopped replying to messages and emails but instead sent the name and address of another order.

I received my order from Wolfe bay and was quite honestly blown away, the attention to detail is unmatched and i am so so happy. I came on here to express how beautiful this brand is and would just like to state how harsh some of these reviews are, the customer service team were so lovely and really helpful, i ordered during a 50% off sale so as expected the items were slightly delayed, its a hand sewn brand so i expect nothing less. i am SO happy with my order and i cannot WAIT to order again!!! such a lovely business thank you again girls xxx

I ordered nearly £300 worth of clothing to go on holiday with. I ordered on the 15th April it’s now the 22nd may. I went on holiday on the 18th (still away now). When I contacted the helpline they said it probably got lost in transit and sent out a new package. I had to get in touch with my bank as it had not moved (tracking) since 6th may. Then they email me today saying that it had been delivered 20th may and it’s 22nd now and they haven’t heard anything from me to say that there was anything wrong with my order. BECAUSE I AM ON HOLIDAY AS I PREVIOUSLY TOLD THEM. Then proceeded to say I have 24 hours to reply to the email. Imagine giving a time frame to get your money back when I had to wait over a month to actually receive the order which I can’t even see if it’s been delivered as I’m away. It’s a joke. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had from a small business.
