Worse customer service ever - I had to threaten complaints to receive a reply. All comments are turned off on Instagram and they have removed ALL reviews on the “Shop” tracking app as every single one was 1 star.

Please don't order from them I Oder on the 19 of April now it's the 2 of may and still ain't got my order I messaged them on ig and the last thing they said was what your order number and then didn't respond to me it's like they build up your confident to make u Oder get your item then later on scam you not only do they say I'll give you a discount code if you write me a good review just stay clear of them can get the same on SHEIN of on depop or vinted don't waste your money it's a scam and they think it's funny

This is my second item I have ordered from Wolfe Bay and I absolutely love it. I ordered the maxi dress and it fits really good and is tall girl friendly. I can’t wait to wear it on holiday. It did take a couple weeks to arrive but it is hand stitched so make sure you order in advance

Ordered a dress in January. It is now 3 months on and still nothing. I have politely chased this numerous times over and over via email but despite repeated reassurances that a re ship will be arranged, still nothing. Complete scam. All I want is my dress or a refund I am sick to death of being fobbed off by this company.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a dress a month ago which has still not arrived. Have tried emailing, messaging on social media with no response. At this point I want a refund, £50 is not cheap and the customer service is so bad.

WORST COMPANY IF EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
Ordered parcel in the beginning of January and have constantly been ignored and have received no update after constantly chasing.
Eventually an apology and said they will give me a discount off next purchase but still 3 weeks on there is no parcel !

My first time ordering from Wolfebay and to start off the packaging came with a photo card of modelling wearing their bikinis which was great inspo for a content creator like myself.
The personalised fruit gems on the bikini is such a great touch to know no one else has the same styled bikini as you. The crotchet feel and colour is a perfect match for myself skin tone can’t wait to model.
