Ordered 2 jackets far to small I returned them November 2022 about 6 months ago and they returned them back to me they haven’t even reimbursed me which they cost £55:95 for both now I’m stuck with them don’t by from this site .
The advertised an aran style cardigan. It looked like a very good product. When i recieved it the quality was extremely poor. It did not reflect the advertised image. I would describe it as a string vest. I complained and they said they would only offer a free return for damaged goods. Therefore, I would have to pay to return it myself to Dubai. This was uneconomical. Therefore, I am lumbered with this product that is so poor I will never wear it. In my view this is a scam advert pure and simple.
Ordered 2 Cashmere sweaters....not even fake wool....very thin polyester and poorly made....won't refund unless returned (£20).....AVOID!!!!!!
Long waiting time for delivery, when it arrives you are horrified by what you've paid £28.00 for, chunky knit it is not, it's poorly knitted it's see through, the buttons gape I would not ofpaid £5 off the market for them.
Very disappointed.
I raised my concern and was told it a £20 return for shipping charge they know we won't pay.
They blame external companies for poor quality, they expect you to accept this!!!
Luckily I paid through Barclaycard so will seek a refund but I'm not holding my breath. Save yourself being robbed. Don't use them!!!

Seems as if it’s a bad experience still haven’t received my order from in November I ordered four jumpers up to now no email to say the order were shipped or anything I ordered the jumpers for friends and families for Xmas from in in November and up to now nothing
What a complete waste of money!!! The 'chunky' knit was thin, extremely poor quality and nothing like the photograph shown on the advert. Now, if I want to get any money back, I have been given an address in Dubai to send it to at my own expense! Anybody thinking of buying from this company - DONT!!!! It is a complete con.

Don't waste your money as you need to pay more than items are worth to return in order to get a refund. I bought what was described as long thick chunky hand knitted lined jumper coat it was anything but, certainly not even worth the one star. You can't even leave a review on their site which means the reviews showing must be false.
Chunky cardigan very poor quality, not handmade certainly not chunky, very thin. Boots poor quality and calf is massive I’m a 14 and legs average size I have a 2 inch gap at the back of my calf! When will I ever learn not to buy cheap from China!!!
Chunky knit cardigan turned out to be Nannas knitting! Quality appalling, colour didn’t match and nothing like the picture! The pockets were right underneath the chest and looked like they were tucking your boobs in! Just shocking!
It improve by not conning people into buying rubbish. actual garment nothing like advertised, poor quality, not hand knitted and certainly not made with aran wool. Unable to contact seller as no invoice given with purchase and no return address.
Still haven't received my order from over a month ago. Can't get hold of anyone to discuss my order. I've put in a dispute with my bank to reclaim the money. Don't use this site, they're thieves!
It's a scam! The cardigans are imported from somewhere they won't tell me where just just me if I want to return it. Which I do as its far too small, the sleeves are as well. It's flimsy and cheap, I have to pay £18 shipping so they will just give me £10 back. Fuming!!!

Bought a cardigan advertised as oversized, thick and hand knitted. Figured the hand-knitted bit might be a stretch, and some of the reviews on their site were clearly fake but a couple looked like they might be legit.
Well, it turned up today and as you might expect it’s nothing like the picture. Thin knit, small, sleeves that don’t even hit my wrists and most bizarrely of all the pockets are attached just under the bust.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I’ve raised a dispute through them. Don’t touch this site with a barge pole.
