Unbelievably bad customer service!
I purchased their large candle whilst shopping at Crumplebury, and my father purchased one as well.
They were £34 each and smelt lovely but DO NOT BUY THEM!!!
They are a huge hazard in any home as when the candle gets low (but there is still wax left) the whole glass container explodes and causes severe damage to anything around it (sideboard, carpet, ornaments). This happened to both mine AND my dads.
The responses to my emails to raise the issue were very “well tough - you aren’t supposed to burn the whole thing” which is shocking. I have had to chase for any response and then got a final response from the owners MUM saying my complaint has negatively affected them.
I haven’t even asked for my money back, but just that they should put some sort of notice on the bags or in a leaflet when selling the candle to make people aware.
My little girl was with me in the room with the candle and could’ve been seriously hurt as the glass shattered everywhere!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. The candle is not worth the risk of damage!!!

Love Wonky Candles - best customer service, amazing products, great value for money, everything they make lasts ages! most recently tried the tutti fruity hoover discs and my hoover has never smelled so good! I am really not a fan of this task but the discs definitely give me a great in-scent-tive to get it done! :D they smell amazing and you can get some scents (discs) to match your candles/wax melts. Awesome company, amazing, hard working family running it and they do such amazing work with the community. Also, whenever you make an order, a real person does a little happy dance :) buy yourself a treat and do a little happy dance too!

I love the fragrances for the reed diffusers and it’s great that you can buy a refill rather than having to buy the oils and a new container each time.
