Size not what I expected
I would give more stars. The delivery was very fast. But was disappointed with the size of bags as I bought 20L bags form a different company which were bigger as these were meant to be 22L bags.

However the wood would always vary in sizes , as isome of it is stored under very dry condition over the months the wood can shrink slightly in size giving perception of less wood in the net , but we are trying to keep the nets consistent with 8-10 logs per net. Very pleasant service
The delivery man was very helpful and brought the wood to our garage door. This meant coming up an uneven 50 metre track.
The wood burns steadily and lasts longer than beech or birch. One bag last one evening on our 5kw log burner.

Hi Aaron. We are sorry your experience with delivery was far from ideal. We are not always able to speak to the driver when delivery is about to be made and ask him to deliver the pallet around your house and hence its better for the customer to speak to the driver when he is actually at your premisses. Hi James. We apologize if some of the bags might not look like they were fully filled however we always guarantee 8-10 logs inside each net. As the wood is kiln dried and as the moisture evaporate the logs can shrink a bit creating space in the nets especially as they are stored for good few months sometimes.
