Woods Furniture Avis 

We bought a dinning table and 6 chairs from Woods Furniture. We ordered the table online but wanted more detail about the chairs so we contacted them on a Sunday. The answered the call and the lady showed us around their showroom using her phone. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She arranged to add the chairs to the delivery with the table and it came within the week. The quality of the items is fantastic and the delivery experience was very good. Overall they were great and we will use them again.1

Delivery of furniture can be not sometimes be the easiest but George and Mark made the job look easy on a very warm day and were both very welcoming and acted very professionally. Thank you Woods Furniture and George and Mark.

Bought the dining bench brow faux leather but looks like real leather. Delivery was good ..had to just put legs on was easy. It came so well packed wrapped seen nothong like it. Will ordee from this company again..and it looks like a show stopper in my new home

Highly recommend woods furniture store

I have no complaints about my experience with Woods Furniture. I ordered 2 dining room chairs. The timescale for delivery at the time of ordering was 6-8 weeks, although I received an update to advise me there would be a delay. There was no hurry for the items, so it didn't bother me. The chairs arrived a couple of weeks later. The quality was impeccable and they were packed brilliantly, mitigating any risk of damage. The chairs weren't cheap, but they were brilliant value for money. Quality chairs at a fair price with great customer service. I'll definitely be using Woods Furniture again in future. They're highly recommended.

Brought a set of 2 bar stools in the sale. Very pleased with my purchase. I was also extremely impressed with the excellent personal level of customer service I received from Eliza at the Dorchester store. Right from the initial greeting she was friendly, and went out of her way, going that extra mile to help me locate the set as originally the items were out of stock. She took my details and managed to source them from another store and called me, reserving them for me. I then collected them from the warehouse and she kindly kept me informed every step of the way. She even followed up to see if everything was ok and if I was happy with my purchase. In fact I could not be happier with my bar stools. They are such good quality, look very stylish and are the perfect height with foot rests, as well as being super comfortable. Thank you so much Eliza, well done. Easy to order and great delivery service. The quality of the sheepskin is amazing. We are using it as a throw on our lovely ercol sofa also purchased from woods. It looks lovely and is so soft.
