Thank you for your time in leaving your review.
I am sorry to see you feel we haven't looked after you from an aftersales point of view.
Today was our first point of contact with you after your purchase from us on eBay back in January.
You informed us you had attempted to contact us for the last two Monday's (which we do not open on, unfortunately), without leaving a voicemail. We haven't received any emails, or eBay messages since your purchase.
Upon purchasing a machine from ourselves, you receive alongside the machine, a sales receipt which asks you to kindly keep all packaging in case we ever need to collect your machine due to distance. A service which we offer free of charge for the duration of the machine's warranty. Today, unbeknownst to us, you informed us you disposed of the packaging when you had the new machine delivered. Edit - thank you for your edit to this review, we asked you to contact Brother as they would help, as you had disposed of the packaging upon receiving your machine. I am glad to hear you are now sorted with ours and Brother's assistance.
You also told me you took the machine to a "local shop", but did not disclose who you took it to, or if they were a certified Brother dealer with training for repairs.
You asked us to compensate you for having to do so, in which this shop charged you to get it repaired. As this was solely your choice, and you had not contacted us other than attempting to phone us on 2 Monday's prior, we could not assist you with this, as we had no knowledge of any issues you had and it was your personal decision to take it elsewhere.
As customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, we go above and beyond to make sure all of our customers are treated equally, no matter the problem or assistance required.
If we could have had the opportunity to look after you, and had you contacted us when we were open via phonecall, or whilst we were closed by: sending an email, Facebook message, website contact form, eBay message, we would have very much "wanted to know" and happily looked after you.

All the stars out of the sky for these lovely people, I visited on advice, I’m so grateful I went. The customer service was excellent, the knowledge and advice was greatly appreciated. I was very happy and went home with excitement with my purchase. Had a great laugh too, didn’t want to leave really, like a kid in a sweetshop. I will definitely be visiting again. 110% customer service!
I have been with these guys from Woodseats for a few years now and they have never ever let me down… recently, whilst away on a retreat one of the girls had a problem with her machine.. I phoned them and after advice on the phone it needed to be seen, a couple of guys from the retreat drove a 10hr round trip to get it fixed.. the guys at Woodseats was waiting for them and whilst they had a spot of lunch the machine was fixed and ready to take back… the very next day another machine played up and again after a 10hr round trip the guys had it fixed in less than an hour and they was able to take the machine back to a very happy lady! The customer service from this company is 110% and will always make sure the customer is happy - what more can you ask for? I would recommend Woodseats to anyone who wants that level of care…

Woodseats had a scan n cut accessory which I had been struggling to buy elsewhere. I ordered and paid on a Sunday and by the following day I had received a code by email. Great service always
Easy to use website makes on-line ordering simple.
Found just what I needed at a great price (a new hat hoop).
Item was dispatched as soon as the shop re-opened and it was with me the next day. What more could you want.
