Great and helpful service
Great and helpful service. Ordered a charcoal kiln-yet to use it in anger but the quality is great and delivery 1st class. Informed along the way and comes with helpful instructions. Looking forward to charcoal fun!!

Slight hiccup!
Ordered a Sorby attachment on Wednesday, nothing arrived following Wednesday, phoned up and was told I should have been informed that Sorby shut for a week.
They immediately sorted it out and dispatched the bit straight way and I received it on Thursday by Fed-Ex. I am very pleased with how my query was handled and quickly sorted. Thank you for excellent service.
