I ordered this product after reading many reviews that's it was one of the best on the market. I chose to order with Woodstock fires as this was where the project was cheepest. I'm glad I did. Product is fab and the service was great. My delivery was with me after 1 working day, with standard delivery! Would recommend!

Stove was fitted ok but liner was not finished properly - not sealed at top and wrong type of cowling fitted (out of sight, out of mind?)
Both now corrected by new sweep, good idea to get someone to check the top asap.

Ordered and paid by debit card for Stovax black grate polish from this website on 30th November, received 2 emails the same day, one confirming the order and the other confirming it had already been shipped. I chose the Standard 1st Class Royal Mail delivery option to be delivered to an address with the UK. Item did not arrive, and 'shipping status' page for my order had not updated with any info so I sent an email via the contact form on the website, asking them to look into this on 8th December but received no reply. To date (2nd Jan) I have neither received the product, a refund, or any reply to my email.
I am now of the opinion that this could be a scam site. Thank goodness I only ordered a small accessory item - most of the products on the site were very expensive fireplace fittings and I could have been out hundreds and hundreds of pounds instead of just a tenner. I will be watching my bank statements closely for any debit card funny business though!

My go-to AGA cookware shop! Always get great service here, unlike the AGA cookshop - whose staff know nothing about their products whatsoever. Here you get great sound advice - they really know stuff! My latest purchase was a new AGA kettle, I was offered £10 off the RRP,and it came next day - I actually ended up returning it for a different colour, which was very easy to do and they sent me the new one with no charge. They go out of their way to be helpful, I can't rate them enough. Cheers, Liz

I ordered 2 packs of 20 large coals,1 pack arrived promptly but there was no sign of the others,I emailed and called with no success,eventually I tried calling again,this time I received an apology and the coals arrived a few days later.

Didn't start too well - I emailed a query about the product - a cast iron pan stand - I was interested in twice, but received no reply. However, when I rang, I received good help and advice. Ordering was straightforward and the product arrived on time. It took some help to put it all together but when completed I was very pleased with the pan stand and it was exactly as shown on the website

There's not much more to say. I'd certainly recommend the service provided.

Love my Aga pads- cheapest I could find and excellent service

I have used Woodstockfires on several occasions and always found the service excellent. The items are always competitively priced and delivery very quick.

Woodstockfires provide an excellent service backed up by caring/professional staff.
The quality of the goods are high but the whole thing is spoilt by their delivery service.
Our order was carelessly in a lazy off hand manner thrown over a closed but unlocked gate
Into the front garden where it lay undiscovered.
This was reported to Woodstockfires but no one there bothered to contact me.

Easy to order and fast delivery

When the bookstand arrived it was missing the page holding cords and weights and was packaged in an old reused box from another product. A telephone call to Woodstock Fires was answered by their showroom staff who assured me that my message would be passed to their warehouse staff and that they would contact me, as they are only contactable by e-mail. After 2 days no contact so I then e-mailed, but still no response.It seems as though once they have delivered you order they don't want anything further to do with you. Very annoying.

Very good product and great service, will use again.
