I visited this site as I was having trouble finding the “West Ham” colours I was looking for in the shops. To be honest not many shops near me. Well this will be my “go to” for wool from now on! I found the site easy to use and quickly found my colours in a good quality wool AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE I normally pay. Delivery was reasonably priced and quick. Thank you!

Website is very easy to navigate. Its easy to find the yarn you need. Shows stock levels but I always seem to find my items in stock. Delivery is very quick. Packaged well. I always use this site for my purchases.

Prompt delivery, few business days but came when it said it would. Lovely wool to knit with. Love the choice and they sell 40cm needles- I've been years trying to find decent ones. I bought one pair to try,I'll be back for more sizes.

I make small woollen gifts to sell. I had never bought my materials from Woolbox before but I saw them one day and thought id give them a go. I am so impressed! There is so much choice and every budget is catered for. I buy the less expensive bright colours for the things I sell, then occasionally go mad and treat myself to a premium brand. My yarns arrived quickly and are just beautiful. I am a very happy (and definitely) returning customer!

I have never used WoolBox before but was impressed by the good reviews I read.

I ordered 17 balls of wool and as I have a deadline to meet chose to pay extra for express delivery, tracked 1-2 days.

As I had received no email in day 2 confirming the order had been dispatched I sent an email enquiring the order status.

Very disappointed! I received a generic email from WoolBox stating as from January 25 further to high demand and staff shortages orders were taking longer and thanking customers for their patience.

Surely this generic message should have been available upon placing the order so customers could make a choice whether to wait or shop elsewhere!

Now I feel my emails are being ignored, I have not been updated so no clue when/if the order will arrive and also out of pocket as paid for express delivery!

I wanted to call WoolBox to discuss the possible need to cancel my order but there is no telephone number for them, just social media contact options which is of no use to me as I am not on any social media sites.

All-in-all a very disappointing and frustrating experience WoolBox should not be advertising a service that they cannot provide! I will not be using or recommending WoolBox in the future.

Super quick delivery and the best price I could find for the Sirdar cotton. I'll definitely be looking here again for my next purchase.
