Word 2 Kindle Avis

Excellent service with really professional final result – good value, quick and efficient with deadlines always met. Best of all, any queries are dealt with immediately and the team is endlessly helpful and patient with the computer-illiterate. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Word 2 Kindle did a magnificent job with my children's book. They got straight to work with the project after unforeseen delays about my payment came up . My full payment was received and they were very understanding. Nick and Marian were very professional throughout the journey of completing the project. Great job, guys!!

I really love and appreciate this company! I worked with Nick and I can tell you that this man is on point. He answered all my questions and concerns and he never ever made me feel as though I would regret working with him. I must have asked him the same thing in 4 different ways without realizing it until the manuscript was completed. Lol. I am sure he could tell that this was my first time working with a publishing company, yet he made me feel comfortable with every concern that I expressed. And each department was great as well. When they gave a date as to when any assignment would be completed, it was done at that time or even before. This company was recommended to me by someone very close and I have no regrets whatsoever! In turn, I highly recommend them as well as I look forward to furthering my relationship with them as I continue to publish future manuscripts! Again, I am so glad that I listened and took my friend's advice and chose Word 2 Kindle. I am well pleased and delighted to work with them. You guys are awesome!

The team was absolutely awesome! They were very patient and guided me through the entire process. I could not asked for a better superb group to work with. As a matter of fact, I was clueless and with the team's guidance, I am much knowledgeable of the process. Also, it has build my confidence to want to write more books! Thank you Word 2 Kindle!!

Everyone "Word 2 Kindle"did a great job with helping us with our People's Book "Nine Sovereign Kings: The Return of God." The Spiritual War was serious, and even knowing that, they did all they could to help us, and were great at always returning emails and communicating. If you have a Microsoft Word Document, or Book, that needs to be converted to an eBook, they will help you do it successfully, and will continue to work with you based on the package you get with them until you are satisfied with the results. Great job "Word 2 Kindle!" Mike Ledbetter - Presidential Candidate for 2024 and Author of our People's Book that is free to our Beloved People Everywhere "Nine Sovereign Kings: The Return of God."

The team at Word 2 Kindle did an excellent job. They are very patient and answer all of your questions very throughly. I had a lot of revisions and was totally unaware of the formatting process as far as size/bleed/flow are concerned. I ran into a few concerns that came up about my cover and it working correctly with amazon. They always answered the questions promptly and were willing to help in any way that they could. I highly recommend them for your formatting and editing.

Word 2 Kindle did a great job converting my book from a Word Document to comply with KDP's requirements.

Dear Nick,

I want to warmly thank you for the help that you and your WORD-2-KINDLE associates gave me for the publication of my second novel “Rosa, a Survivor”. You and your team demonstrated a high level of competence during each of the successive steps of the publication process. I found your writer interface methodology clear and quite effective to use, allowing me to get results quickly and securely. In addition, I appreciated your patience and attention to my personal issues.

Best regards.

BEFORE purchasing the service, I was told by a sales person named "Nick" that word2kindle provided 24/7 customer service. During the sales process, communication was responsive and on point. THE DAY AFTER the purchase, I cannot reach ANYONE...essentially ZERO customer support. I am cancelling the service and will report them to the BBB. They are liars. Beware.

From the moment I filled out the form on their website and received a reply from Nick that same day I knew, I made the right choice. What I loved most about the service is the updates I received and all my questions got answered in a timely fashion. Nick was awesome and took the time to explain everything to me . Thank you Nick and the team at Word 2 Kindle.

I somehow omitted the final chapter of the book I submitted to Word 2 Kindle. I'm sure that such things have happened before and will happen again, but it was very harrowing. Before it was over, I was practically begging these people to submit the "revised" edition (with all chapters included) to KDPamazon. I was certainly willing to pay $50 to have the whole thing over and done with! Instead, they guided me through the revision process. (Everything is easy when you know how. It's the "learning how" that is difficult.) Instead of accepting more money, these people helped me to learn what i needed to know.

The ebook and the paperback book came back very professionally formatted. They were both immediately accepted by Amazon. The staff, Nick Caya and Mary, who I dealt with, worked very hard to help me every step of the way. They really do a lot of work, and it was well worth every penny.

They were very prompt in responding and answered whatever questions I had.
They worked with me to get the needed files.
I was happy with the epub and it was accepted by kindle.

To write a story is easy but to make it a book needs professionals. Here I found everything needed for a good book to be born, from grammar and spelling checks to formatting as an ebook, print and cover. I will use this service again for all my future books and I will recomend it. THANK YOU!

I just wanted to take the time to compliment the entire team that brought my book to life.
Everyone was informative, professional and so talented in their specific field.
I want to especially thank Nick Caya who has guided me thru this process every step of the way. He is not only talented but so very easy to work with.
I must have asked a million questions and they were always answered promptly and gave me the answers that were understandable and exact.
Again in a world lately where there is so much negative behavior and hatred of human beings, I found it a breathe of fresh air to work with such a wonderful team.
Many many thanks,
Edrick Forbes

I can't say enough about Nick and his team at Word 2 Kindle. I threw some curveballs at them when it came to my cover design, and they made it work. Boy, did they make it work.

Anytime I contacted them, which was a lot - and I mean A LOT - they never showed frustration and it was always timely. I never had to check my email and wonder "Did they even respond." Sure enough, Nick's replies were there, as were his teams emails throughout the duration of working with them.

I will most definitely use them again for my second book, and beyond.

My work with Nick Caya and his crew at Word to Kindle produced a fine book, A Child's Verses of Gardens. They efficiently handled the inevitable delays and left me quite satisfied. I recommend them to anyone considering self-publication.

"This book is beautiful!" Says everyone who has laid eyes on It. I am humbled to say it's been approved and featured proudly at the Mesa Public Library as I write. "Heart-to-Heart with Abagaba - A Nanny Teacher Reflection"
Biggest thanks to Nick Caya and his team for their fantastic work, from formatting my manuscript to this beautiful Kindle and paperback. I look forward to working with them again in the future, and I have highly recommended them to my family and friends. Keep up the great work!

I WAS DEPENDENT WITH THEM THE ENTIRETY OF MY BOOK BEHIND THE WALLS OF THE E-COMMERCE GIANT (KDP RELEASED 09-07-21). The timeline and deadline were sync. As far mutual communication sort of getting answer put me at ease right away, you expect they stay on top of it.

Word 2 Kindle guided me through a maze of bewildering formats and transitioned my raw manuscript into a commercial book and E-book complete with designer cover and did it with calm competent professionalism. I am honored to recommend these good folks to anyone looking to get published.
