I have been contacting WORDANS via email from last week. There is no reply or even notification of recipient of email. very bad service.

Very disappointing experience. The company provided no communication at all, no updates, no tracking number, nothing, even long after I was supposed to receive one. Because of the complete lack of communication, I bought the product elsewhere. Only then did they suddenly cancel my order due to “backorder issues” and give me a store credit I did not want and had no intention of using.
I emailed to request a full refund and was told to wait 15 days, but that deadline passed with no refund. A little while later they told me the refund had finally been processed and that I should wait a few days for it to reach my account. It has now been another two weeks, and still nothing. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

Sizes vary greatly, ordered 6 items exactly the same except for colour, 2 fit, 2 are wearable and 2 will go in the bin. Customer service didn't care, just said colouring causes 'slight variation' (we're talking 4 extra inches of cloth here!) in size. Will never use them again.

I ended up canceling my order because I chose some of the wrong sizes so the issued me a code for a coupon to use. I didn't want the coupon anymore and asked for a full refund. I was able to receive the full refund thanks to Andre. Andre is a very polite person from Wordans who helped me greatly. He was quick, polite, and help resolve the problem for me. I wish there were more customer service representatives like him. Thank you Andre. :D

I was assured prior to purchasing that the tights I wanted were in stock. When the arrived they were incorrect and much cheaper than the ones I purchased. I emailed and waited nearly a week for a reply to say they would check with the warehouse. 4 more emails to ask for an update and was finally given an address to return my items. I would not be issued a refund until they warehouse had received them. They are still waiting to be collected from the post office as now apparently it is not their policy to collect returned items. It was their error in the first place by sending incorrect items. I just wanted my money refunded. Lack of communication and don't care attitude is disgraceful. Do not buy from this company

Sent the wrong size item. Every time I try to contact their CS it takes an average of three days for a reply. However, I have since contacted them about my return three times recently, the last occasion was one week ago and I have not heard back. They have had my returned item for over a week and there has been no refund or communication that they have received it.
They are also refusing to answer whether they will refund shipping cost or cover shipping cost to Australia if I replace the item with the correct size. After all, it was their error sending the wrong size.
There is also no return policy on their website. This company is dodgy!
I had an issue with my order and Jimena was great and got back to me straight away. She was friendly, efficient and really took care of me.
Alejandro Trigo Veiga was amazing! He was so quick to respond to my questions! So helpful! I will definitely be re-ordering off of this company as now I know how easy and simple they make things I really appreciate it as I know sometimes you don’t hear back from larger companies.
I had a great experience with Wordans. Jimena was very helpful in helping me sort out an issue I had with a missing order. Overall, a very seamless experience and I’m am more than satisfied.
Id like to say a huge thankyou to Jimena and for her amazing customer service. Each email was replyed to within minutes and love these products. Would and will advise anyone to this business for quality products and fast service
