I had a few questions with my order, every time I contacted Max he was super helpful and really prompt in replying.
In the end I managed to order the wrong size of one of the items and he was able to quickly correct my mistake and ship my order immediately!

Replacing product
I purchased a pair of Frog Grips in August, and unfortunately, the stitching on the wrist support came apart. I reached out to the company to explain the issue, and they were incredibly understanding. They promptly sent me a brand-new replacement pair, which turned out to be an even improved version with enhanced wrist support. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again—their customer service is truly excellent.

Fast smooth delivery. I ordered Frig Grips, which usually come from Australia. Paid a bit more but saved a week at least in delivery and on customer charges. Great to have this option in UK xx
