I work on an ad hoc basis for a educational agency. Each time I work i am bombarded with registration requests from Workwell. Even when I have completed the info I get further emails to complete it again...I don't have time to be dealing with this convoluted system of getting paid the money I am entitled to!!

Terrible
Terrible. Was on a que system over a hour and 20 minutes with no one picking up even though the automated system said I was no1 in cue. I do not rate them as a payroll company I will be telling my agency I don't want them and I will get another payroll company in as its me paying them to get my wage and they don't answer the phone!

Absolutely shocking company. I have been trying to obtain Ppe for over 3 weeks and they are refusing to buy even though I am employed by them. I have used other umbrella companies and have never felt like I am being scammed until now workwell.
