The only downside was I didn't find it clear that reserving seats on long haul flights incurred extra charges, when I booked the flights. Flight to Australia
I had difficulty at first but the agent phoned me back and soon sorted me out. He was very helpful and guided me through the process. I have used WA before that is why I used them again. I decided to go Premium economy this time so am looking forward to the experience. Thankyou Maxwell

Straight forward flight booking
The booking was straight forward. I did have a slight problem when I selected find my address but I managed to put it in manually and it was fine. The confirmation arrived quickly to my email address and also the E-ticket.
