FRAUDULENT COMPANY
Absolutely rubbish, scammers dodgy and frauds working there. If you think they cheap tickets there’s a catch guys don’t do it. If you make a cancellation this company Pradeek, Davad, Jack, Honey Singh all of them lie out of their teeth. The tickets were £1,376 were paid and they took £250 pounds on the day to cancel our tickets and further more was taken £347. 08 pounds, said all the full ticket money would be refunded back to us. 2 months have passed and everyday we’ve made calls they with keep us on hold for 25 mins, put phone down, and systems down, Pradeek makes fails promises but they all pocket the money. We have monitored all the calls dates times etc we are putting a case on this bogus dodgy frauds. They have never called us back and haven’t returned our money. All in total they have taken £597.08 to cancel our tickets. We cancelled within our time which was three weeks before our flight. They fraudulent company with appalling, no customer service experience and unprofessional. This company needs to close down as it’s taken money from innocent people.

As the name itself says "world Best Travel"..They truly are for sure.
Booked my flights to Kolkata & they offered the best deal on Emirates. They have the agent name Grace who was outstanding.
