The screen of the app get frozen Disgraceful
Experience: Frozen Screen Exploits Ruining Bullet Games
I have been playing bullet chess on World Chess for some time now, and the experience has become genuinely unacceptable.
The core issue is simple but infuriating: when an opponent is clearly about to lose on time, the screen freezes. Every time. It is not a coincidence.
In bullet chess, fractions of a second matter. When the clock is ticking down and your opponent has mere tenths of a second left, the board suddenly locks up — and when it unfreezes, somehow they have survived. This has happened to me repeatedly, in patterns that are far too consistent to be random server lag.
There are only a few explanations, none of them acceptable: either the platform's infrastructure is so catastrophically poor that it cannot handle the very time-pressure situations that define bullet chess; or there are users exploiting some form of connection manipulation or script to deliberately stall the clock; or — and this is the most disturbing possibility — someone within the platform itself, whether a developer or a member of staff, is interfering with game integrity for reasons that defy rational explanation.
A legitimate chess platform has a fundamental obligation to ensure fair clock management. World Chess fails at this completely. I would urge anyone who takes bullet chess seriously to document these anomalies carefully, because what is happening on this website should not be dismissed as mere technical issues.
Until there is full transparency and accountability, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
