Embroidery not consistent, colors left out and blank spots. Workers seem to take artist liberties and change the shape without asking questions. No communication just final job for you to reject. Waist if time. Physical sample charged $75! No choices , fedex 2nd day air. Ridiculous overcharge by this company. Customer service wont refund. No transparency with this group.

we are not receiving the company…

we are not receiving the company emblems on time 2 weeks or till I email asking for an ETA, names shortage, wrong color, not responding to email in a timely matter.

Not happy

Well, let’s see where I can start. The product came in. It was very, very thin. Every single patch had a line where you could see on the marrow that the white stitching off the back and there’s loose threads on every end of the merrowed run. And apparently you have to have some supersonic heat press to put them on the hat because I pressed them at 300° on the top and bottom and they keep falling off.
