World Flavours Limited Avis 

Zombie Company. Placed an order, but it's been stuck as 'Processing' for over a month. The telephone number listed has been disconnected, but I did manage to get an email from them that admitted they'd received payment. Despite this, I didn't receive anything. Luckily I was able to reverse the charge on my credit card after a month had gone by.

Save yourself the bother and shop elsewhere.

1, They could send your order of which I have paid for.
2, There chat line says reply immediately , no they don't
3, They do not reply with contact us on the website.
4, This order was paid for on July 8th 23, and nearly a month later still waiting.
5, I think this website is a scam. ( do not buy ).

Item missing have emailed twice but had no response
Phone number on website is not recognised

Of the flavours I received they are very good. One flavour was missing from the order with no explanation why it was missing? Had to email to find out. They did refund the missing product.

I use the flavouring to enhance my fishing bait

My partner ordered flavours from world flavours website and they never arrived and when she emailed them they did not answer

Waited almost 8 weeks for delivery. Emailed to find out where my order was and had no reply.

DO NOT ORDER. Still not received my items. Tried multiple times to contact, via phone, email and live chat, all with no reply. Had to open up a dispute with Paypal. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Genuinely surprised to see such a positive rating overall. For my last order I opted for the 2nd class delivery and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Tried to call, sent emails, used the virtual assistant on website, no response at all. Thought the customer service was shocking but the product was good so placed another order on the 30/1/23 but this time I selected next day delivery for just under £8. Waited a few days then tried phoning, emailing etc. no response. I contacted trading standards over the last couple of weeks as I felt it was unfair to charge for next day delivery then not offer any kind of explanation or even acknowledgement of the late order. I emailed again, just trying to cancel the order, wanting a refund. No response. Today (1st March) I received a notification from ‘shop’ saying Royal Mail had received my order. Will never order again, would never recommend.

Wrong sizes sent and no response to emails. The contact phone number rings out.

Don’t answer the phone and don’t email back. Changed the flavour and colour of cotton candy flavouring. Terrible customer service. Wasted so much money.

Never received my products, I emailed them to tell them and I got no email back. It’s been over a month now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Excellent flavours at reasonable prices. And fast service too. What is there not to like?

Amazing service.. and the flavourings well all i can say is absolutely AMAZING. I am enjoying making my icecreams with all the flavours and everytime its sooo nice. Will defo be using these guys for all flavourings and colouring thankyou so much….
