What a fab find!
I tried a few places for my puppy food and nowhere stocked it. I found this place by chance and I am so happy I did. The price was cheaper than anywhere I’d seen, and my food arrived the following day with free delivery. I will definitely be reordering :)

Ok we had easter so delivery was slightly delaid, but didnt really cause problem. Always happy to business with a friendly individual rather than big one

I've been very impressed by this company. Its the extra care they take to make you feel valued as a customer. Recently, an item I ordered went out of stock, but they were quick to check in with me to see if I was happy to wait, or else they offered me smaller quantities at an equivilent price. Very impressive service, I would not hestitate to recommend them.

Absolutely First Class service. I placed an order for special food ( Hills Prescription Cat food ) for my elderly cat who has Hyperthyroid disease. I received an email informing me my order had been received and was being prepared for delivery.
Within a short period of time I received a second email informing me that my order had been dispatched. It arrived the following day, safely packaged. I was astonished that my order arrived so quickly. On opening the parcel there was a handwritten note from the seller which was a really nice acknowledgement of my order. Certainly much better than the usual computer typed and printed copy that are usually enclosed with orders. I will certainly place further orders as required.
Follow up on cat after having Hills Prescription food I can confirm that his weight has increased since feeding him this food and I’m hoping he will become well enough to have RadioActiveIodine treatment soon.
He’s a fussy cat aged 18, he really likes the biscuits. He’s a bit fussy with the tinned food but he has gained weight so I’m happy I made the decision to try it. Happy cat, happy owner.
