Delayed flight, no assistance

When booking a flight home with a connection on Easyjet, they told me I had to use Easyjet worldwide. Which used Dohop. they make sure you have two booking references to there is no responsability with either of them for missed connections due to failed aircraft. On the way back home, the aircraft didn't show up, so they ended up being over 5 hours late and hence missed connection. With a single booking reference, they will get you on the next available flight or even pay for overnight stay until a flight is available. With two booking references you get NOTHING. I can't even get the standard EU compensation for the delayed flight. Dohop say talk to Easyjet, easyjet say talk to Dohop. Please BEWARE using these services.

I was on a return flight from Faro…

I was on a return flight from Faro Portugal Last night 27th September 2025 EZY 2456 . And felt really unwell almost as soon as take off.

We booked car hire fir our trip to kefalonia through easyjet but our easyjet flight was delayed and when we went to their 3rd party company to collect the car we were told tgat as we were late the booking had been cancelked and no refund or car were available to us. This was also the same response we got from easyjet customer services. So please DO NOT BOOK CAR HIRE TROUGH SLEEZYJET

CORRUPT / POOR PROFESSIONALISM AND SERVICE STANDARDS
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOING EASY JET

I had an extremely unpleasant experience on my EasyJet flight from Antalya to Manchester Last month.
The check in counter desk manager was exceptionally rude not honest and hostile.

I always experienced that airline staff have professional integrity and hospitality as it is essential in the airline business, They should be welcoming, polite, and have a smile on their faces, but not my return journey from Antalya, it was a miserable experience.

Poor behaviours from Easy jet Staff
On my easter holiday package booked via LoveHolidays, everything was fantastic until my EasyJet flight home . (Please note that the outbound flight was Corendon Airlines which was excellent).

Abnormal behaviours started by asking me to pay for seats, followed in the airport by asking me to pay for two small cabin bags (5kg and 8kg bags wedding dresses and clothes only the wheels did not pass the under seat measurement). These bags were also checked in with no problems with Corendon Airlines as these were cabin bags, not according to easyjet!!!!!!.

So they are Corrupt:
I was asked to pay £100 for these two cabin bags. On arrival home I was asked If I need an invoice from easyjet, I agreed for the request and to my surprise I discovered that the Antalya Easyjet supervisor registered only £50.

Seating plans.
I was emotionally forced to buy a return seat. I nearly did not do so, as I thought that the check in counter will give us (me and my wife two seats together on checking in as there were lots of seats in the front (the pricy seats). I purchased the seats to avoid embracement and chance of dispute. To our surprise and after boarding and seated, the crew were asking us and other passengers if we want to swap our seats to a parent and daughter as they were given separate seats (they did not pre-book a seat). The offer was to involve a comfortable with legroom seats, also offering a complementary dinks as well. But to punish the (non-seat buyer passenger) they gave them two separate seats. This could’ve been me and my wife and because we are both adults this would’ve been unnoticed but by us and our misery. Very unprofessional and does not make sense!
They should’ve offered them seats to sit together (but EASYJET is not family/ couples friendly).

In the airport Check in desk, we had our most embracing (stupid) travel experience, this is to be clarified.. specially that the counter manager refused board me and suggested that I was threat when I asked to speak to his supervisor/ shift manager refusing to get them asking me to go back to the end of the que (I was one of the first). He also hid £50 out of the £100 to another account (not sure where). This is for easyjet to find out if they care!!!

Online service rubbish

Basically I am unable to get onto the Manage Bookings page in order to check in and get tickets.
No matter what I do.
The help is utterly useless - there is no way I can see to talk or chat to anyone. No matter how I enter my problem on the Help Page it keeps coming back with advice - go onto Manage Bookings. Use the App.
I can't, that's the problem ! Won't allow me to log on or reset password online or with the app.

The pure disaster

The time where they should display the gate they cancel the flight with stupid excuses of a couple of drop of rain. They were happy taking people's money but they treat them like garbage. EXTREMELY incompetent company. Never again such horror.

Jeg bestilte flybilletter fra Faro (Portugal) til Tromsø 5. januar. Flyet skulle gå 10:15 fra Faro til Manchester, fra Manchester skulle det gå kl 16:20. En uke etter at jeg hadde bestilt billettene så fant jeg ut at de hadde endret flyet mitt fra Manchester til Tromsø til at det skulle gå 20 minutter FØR flyet mitt fra Faro landet. Altså vi kom oss ikke hjem. Jeg hadde ikke fått noen e-post om at flyet var endret.

Da jeg tok kontakt med Dohop og Wordwode Easyjet ga de bare hverandre ansvaret, ingen kunne gjøre noe for meg, jeg kunne ikke få pengene mine tilbake, å de kunne ikke booke meg om så jeg kom meg hjem. De var frekke og ufine på telefon.

De mente også at siden jeg hadde TRE forskjellige bookingnummer så hadde jeg ikke gjort bookingen i en og samme booking, men jeg har confirmation mail fra de at det er gjort EN bestilling på hele reisen. De sier også at siden jeg ikke hadde bestilt full coverage hadde jeg ingen rettigheter! Rett og slett svindel!

Dette gikk til at jeg måtte bestille nye billetter hjem, å avbryte ferien vår før tiden for å komme oss hjem!

Although delays on 7th january the girl on check in desk really nice the two easy jet on top floor checking us om to the plane these are the best we have ever come across cant praise them enough Liverpool john lennon although my brother charged £49 each way at the entrance check in and he even had a free suitcase on his list payed to jet 2 but still charged for a tiny suitcase ah what a shame they pick on the poorest of people he didn't have to check in bottom entrance

Exploitation of a minor!

My son was on Flight U28682 from Gatwick to Amsterdam. He had a suitcase that measured 29x19x45 cm. At the gate, he was asked to put the case into a checking box. However, the staff insisted he put it on the side, and it did not fit because of the wheels. Consequently, the staff insisted that he pay 48 pounds before boarding the flight with his luggage, claiming that the luggage was oversized. He had used the same suitcase on the flight from Amsterdam previously and had no problems. My son is a minor on a school trip, and the staff were very aggressive, even threatening him. The fact is that the suitcase was within the limits of volume. This is a clear case of unfair treatment, and we intend to take appropriate action against the airline for their unjust and fraudulent actions.

Was looking for a return from Edinburgh…

Was looking for a return from Edinburgh to Belfast in October and found Flights to suit at £5 each way !
Then looked at the price for checked luggage -£74 per person ???
This paid luggage crap is just sheer unadulterated greed and it is about time that the CAA ( if it is them who regulate these money grabbing morons) held them to account !
People are prepared to pay for Taking Luggage on a flight as an accepted part of travel and it is exactly because of that that it continues
If enough people told the Airline to Sod Off with their Luggage Fees then change will be just around the corner !
I’ll get the Ferry to Belfast - at least they take your case for no fee !

A Complete Disaster

Flight cancelled, so trying to get a refund or voucher. Good luck with that! Even though I booked directly with EasyJet on their Website, it was apparently a subsidiary, "Worldwide by EasyJet," that issued my tickets. Therefore, EasyJet won't deal with me. I have to deal with Worldwide, which is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. It has to be done on the phone, but the lines are permanently busy. This is a disaster, and I'll never even consider flying EasyJet again. Lesson learned.

EASYJET is by far the worst airline…

EASYJET is by far the worst airline I’ve ever traveled with. To date, I have taken 3 EASYJET flights, 2 of which were severely delayed and 1 delayed several times only to be canceled at the time of boarding. Things happen of course but it’s how an airline handles situations when they arise. When our flight was canceled no one at the airport was able to offer any assistance, instead, they direct you to their subpar app. They tell you they have no flights available for days when you can clearly see that flights are available when looking. Yes, they are a cheaper option when booking but are they really by the time you pay for your seat and all your bags? No they aren’t. It seems EASYJET’s mission is to exploit budget travelers with little or no help when issues arise. It’s so bad with EasyJet that when we got to the airport hotel and explained we needed a room because of a cancelled flight, the person checking in said, “let me guess, EasyJet.” Just further clarifying that this is just their MO. Save yourself the frustration and pay the extra couple bucks to book a reputable airline.

I was 3 minutes late for the check in

I was 3 minutes late for the check in, they didn't tell me you have to check in online (not in any visible way. Probably some little letter bs in their email which OF COURSE you are meant to read). And an arrogant, malicious, evil witch tell me I cannot board. The plane is there, it was waiting for another 45 minutes, I had time! No. 3 minutes late, your ticket gone, what you paid for in their pockets, and good luck finding you next flight for 330 euro! What those sc*mbags did was EVIL! And they don't care. They walk off in their orange little ties, having robbed someone of 300 euro, and they don't care. Utter inhumanity, evil, maliciousness. Do I recommend this 'company'? I don't know. Do you recommend robbers in the woods for your friends to be robbed by? I don't. And these people are thieves and criminals! And they won't get away with it for long!!

Look after the customers

I was recently had a flight back from Turkey Dalaman airport because I had booked through a third-party travel company they give me a 23 kg luggage when I arrived to check in with 19.5 kg I had to pay a further £48 because easyJet only have 16 kg baggage allowance. I left belfast with the same baggage not a problem when I come home . Then, after going through three security checks, I was taken to the side everything was taken out of my luggage and I was virtually stripped searched before I hit the gate then they required me to put my bag into measurements that I had for overhead luggage into one that was for under the seat. It is just another means of extracting money from a traveller. Also think that this time I was on my own, I made the same journey the month previous along with my wife I know no problems .

Nearly missed flight as using…

Nearly missed flight as using wheelchair service cos I am disabled was kept waiting for over 45 minutes before being taken to the wrong gate and just left their,kept asking and telling other easy jet staff on the gate they left me at the wrong gate and that I had very little time left and was worried I would miss my flight.on the flight finally only just made it,I had a twisted ankle which was very swollen and asked the stewards if a gentleman whom was sitting in a row of 3 seats alone if he would be kind enough to swap seats as I needed to put my leg up on the seat as I was in a bit of pain.He kindly said no becouse he had paid for that seat number (what a nice man),anyway I then asked the stewards if there was another 3 empty seats I could move to and they said no,so I went to look for my self behold to find 3 empty seats together.So the staff rude and inconsiderate.THANKYOU EAST JET HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE YOU AGAIN!!!!!

I just got charged £230 pounds on dated…

I just got charged £230 pounds on dated 16th February to take 3 hand luggage cases each because they couldn't quite fit in there rack, me a parent with 2 young kids with me. One is toddler...
now that's something to think about for us passengers travelling using our hard earned money isn't it.
What a great way to begin a holiday eh safe ti say after liking easy jet I will now do my best to avoid them in the future and when I have no choice but to use them to connect in London to go long haul I won't take any cases at all and not spend a penny on there airlines also.
I'm no expert but treatment like this costs like this and a lack of respect for customers like this will bite them in the future. And treatment when having toddlers there is no priority que and they donn even bother...felt really bad on it..that's our saving money we poured on holiday...we are out of budget for this month where we ended up paying up extra money on baggage...and horrible experience 😢 atleast with poor kids... easyJet please get in touch on this...scenario....

Worse holiday experience ever

Worse holiday experience ever, 90 mins flight delayed, hotel is worst ever ,(les dunes do’r) 4 star hotel , for me it’s 1 star , 1st night no WiFi no tv no phone , half of lights not working, next day change room 2 days later WiFi again stopped working been told tomorrow will be sorted but never until leave , got chucked out room 12pm when flight is 20:30 and pick up is 17:30 5hours 30 mins been outside, it’s stressful, never use easyJet again ,

Easy jet changed the hand luggage…

Easy jet changed the hand luggage dimensions. From 50 cm to 45 cm They adjusted in some way their test boxes. I discovered that they test boxes ARE NOT 45 cm but less. Each one is different of 1-2-3 cm. They asked for extra money to pay to all passengers. I did not accept it but it was very difficult to communicate with their manager. Now I m waiting what will happen.
