This is a good choice for global movie enthusiasts.

The Philips 220 Volt Multisystem Blu-ray Player has been a great addition to my home entertainment setup. It is compatible with multiple voltage standards. The picture and sound quality are excellent, and it plays discs from all regions flawlessly. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect five stars is because the remote con trol could be more user-friendly. Overall, this is a good choice for global movie enthusiasts.

SCAMMERS

We ordered an item, it didn't work correctly and I contacted them about sending it back. They asked for photos, I sent them. They sent me a shipping label to return it. I sent it back to them using the label from them by USPS. I received the item back by USPS showing it could not be delivered to the address given. I contacted them again and all they would say is "we're checking on it". I cannot get them to respond to emails or answer the phone. It's been 10 months and still out $70 plus and with no help from BBB or the Illinois Attorney General Office.

very poor customer service

I order an item to take with me for my travel destination. I called them multiple times to make sure I will get it on time and every time they said it takes 7 to 10 days. I called them after 12 days and they said it is on back order. they did not have the curtosy to let me know earlier about the status so I can plan on an alternative. very poor customer service. they canceled the order and said will credit my account. I have to wait a few days to see if they do. So frustrating.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. I received a damage product, emailed them twice no response, called twice rude rep would not give me his name and hung up on me both times. From their web site - Credit Card Dispute are charged a minimum $35 fee and are immediately turned over to a collection agency, and are reflected on your credit report.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Please stay away, I was searching the site and put in my PayPal account to find out shipping cost. Didn’t check out but I was being charged. I called and the guy was very rude, he won’t even listen, I ask to speak to a manager and I was told to send an email. Disappointed . Would never do business with this company.

Please be careful people

Please be careful people! I was scammed people and couldn’t do anything about it. Bought a Tv on line asked for a specific TV and then he sent me a whole other different tv. Then when I told him about he got really aggressive and told me that is what I asked for. When I know what I ordered. Long story short the tv I ordered is a rare and expensive so he didn’t send the one I wanted but instead ordered a tv from a local Walmart and had it sent to my house. He told me I could send it back that he would refund me but not send the tv I really want, but I feel I can’t even trust this guy again. So that’s when I just figure I was stuck with it. Bummer!!!

Customer had ordered a old model open box LG 43 “ TV
Which he wanted us to ship to Hawaii
We had called to confirm the order. customer mentioned he did not wanted open box and asked other model we have Brand new in LG
So we shipped him LG 43” brand new 2020 model for same price
He called to complain he did not like that new model and needed the old model only
We send him a Prepaid Fedex label to send the unit back for a full refund
We have still not received our unit back
We are not scammer we are honest business guys
If you are not happy with our service
You have the right to present your unsatisfactory reviews
But not false review
Please Send the unit back with prepaid label we had send so we process your refund .

I purchased a dehumidifier that did not…

I purchased a dehumidifier that did not work, repackaged it, hauled it in to send it back. I received a refund Minus $50! I don’t have a dehumidifier and I’m out $50 for absolutely nothing except a huge hassle!
