This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever encountered, the brand name matches. Made purchase in October & yet to receive merchandise, no response from the email making customer service straight trash.
If you like shooting dice & crappin out buy from here!!!!!

BE CAREFUL AND NEVER BUY FROM WORSTCASE!!! IT IS A SCAM. I ORDERED IN THE SUMMER 2025 AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AND NEVER BEEN REFUNDED EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM REQUESTS BY EMAIL. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND OBVIOUSLY A LOT OF PEOPLE WERE SCAMMED BY WORSTCASE.

After 4 months of waiting and no answer, asking refund, they ignore me. Scammers! DON’T BUY!

I placed an order, waited patiently, and was rewarded with a masterclass in procrastination. At first, Worstcase responded with polite excuses and ever-expanding timelines—weeks of “almost there,” “soon,” and “just another delay.” Spoiler: nothing ever shipped.

When I finally canceled the order and requested a refund (a completely reasonable step when no product exists), the company performed its greatest trick yet: total disappearance. Emails? Ignored. Follow-ups? Silence. Refund? Still a work of fiction.

At this point, it’s less a business transaction and more a performance piece titled How to Lose a Customer and Trigger Legal Action. I will now be involving my law firm to recover my money, because apparently that’s the only language Worstcase understands.

If you enjoy donating money to strangers on the internet with no intention of receiving anything in return, this might be the shop for you. Otherwise, save yourself the time, frustration, and legal paperwork—and shop literally anywhere else.

Not caving to scammers.

Ordered Elfenstocks, never received after 3 months. I communicated a few times & received an apology & told my email was forwarded to relevant department. Total scam! Do NOT order from Worst Case!

didn't receive shoes, no money back, no answer.

Ordered shoes, a few hours later i cancelled order as i found an alternative option, never recived money back, only a couple emails apologizing for late responses but nothing happening. Also from talking with other people quality is not even worth it. Return my money!!!!!

Dont order from this place. It is a scam and they dont send what you pay for. $55 down the drain. It has been 4 months and all I get are apology for delay emails.

if i could give 0 starts i would. absolute scam. placed an order in september and still haven’t received anything. every time you try to email them, you get ai generated auto replies. SCAM

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. Order placed in August still not received, numerous generic responses to emails advising that my order had been ‘prioritised’ and they had the audacity to offer me a $20 voucher for my next order!! Do not order from them, complete scam.

Ordered in September, was told they'd arrive late. Fine. Then they told me they're backordered so I asked, several times, for a refund. Never heard back.

Never delivered the shoes. When trying to open the tracking link for the order it re-directs you to a spam message which automatically shuts down.

A SCAMM

Ordered from them a month ago and have not received order. Tried contacting them and heard nothing. Poor communication. Do not waste your money, I’ve learnt the hard way.

Do not order from worstcase I NEVER received my tabi clogs or a refund but they will respond to your email just to blow you off and act like they are fixing the problem 🚩

Ordered shoes this month last year… still haven’t received them. Emailed them once a month just about and it’s always the same “we have forwarded your email to our relevant department and will ship those immediately!”
Horrible service, horrible customer support, scam company. Never in my life have I had to wait a YEAR for something that was advertised to ship in 15 days

This brand refused to issue a refund for a 2 month backordered product and they never shipped the product. So they stole my money and removed the comments left on their page to warn others from shopping with them. They're providing inconsistent service and it's disheartening because people need their money nowadays and still try to support the small businesses along the way just to get taken advantaged of is crazy work.. Please report them!!!
