Excellent quality and very fast delivery
My partner saw these set of 4 baskets on the Wovenhill website but I was a little reticent to purchase as the colour looked very red on the web. However, as they were on offer and the reviews were good I decided to place an order.
I was so glad I did they arrived in super fast time and I was very pleasantly surprised at the colour and quality of the product. They look great in our new kitchen island
I will definitely be purchasing from Wovenhill again.

Plates do not fit leather straps
The basket itself is lovely and items arrived as described however I cannot fit the four plates into the leather straps. When I reached out to customer service, I have not received a response in one week.

Lovely basket, disappointing pad and ordering could be improved
Ordering was easy but didn’t like the fact that you had to use a “Wallet” payment method! A simple credit card capability preferred.
Had to ask for the 10% discount offered be applied after ordering. ( This was done). The basket itself is very nicely made but internal dimensions are significantly smaller than external. The pad is thin and unsuitable for a large dog. Had to purchase a better quality pad for my Labrador! Looks very nice in my home.
