1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing – Looks Like a Scam
I had a very bad experience with WPToolMart. Most of the items I purchased were not downloadable and kept showing errors. When I tried to request a refund, the email address they provided didn’t work, and the customer service number only informed me that the items “cannot be refunded.”
This feels like a complete scam. There is no proper support, no working contact information, and no accountability. I do not recommend buying anything from WPToolMart.

The customer service is phenomenal . Quick replies, even if it's late in time..
For sure it will not be my last experience with them. Highly recommended.

I accidentally paid twice, but the WP Tool Mart team responded quickly and fixed everything professionally. They activated my membership right away and even added extra months as compensation.
The downloads work perfectly, the files are original, and the support is friendly and helpful.

I bought four plugins this year
I bought four plugins this year, and thery all are work perfectly with no erros on my sites. If a new version of any plugin is released , u can simply ask them and they provide the updated version within a few hours.
I can definitely recommend these guys.

I bought 3 themes from the site and only one is working. The guy declined to issue a refund and has since ignored my messages. Please don't buy any theme from the guy before confirming it's working!
