Delivery in 3 days even though I initialy ordrered from the UK advert by mistake. I burn ovoids all the time but these are exceptional in comparrison to what I have been using, also no doubt the bags... Voir plus

Excellent company to work with.
Very easy transaction, polite friendly and helpful staff. Very good communication throughout the transaction. Coal arrived in very good time and was well stacked and wrapped. I will use Wray again in the future.

Website error!
Order accepted and paid for online, confirmation email received.
Following day email received cancelling sale.Reason being that item sale and payment shouldn’t have been accepted online.
Very disappointed.

I am so sorry you felt the need to give us a 1 star review. That is dissapointing as we were just following government guidelines, we cannot send colombian coal to ROI.
This was as you says a website error which it was unfortunately. The joys of technology.
We got this refunded straight away the next day at the earliest we could.
We hope you appreciate the reason under the circumstances, our hands are tied with ROI deliveries of smokey coal as it is prohibited.

What a amazing service you get at Wrays…
What a amazing service you get at Wrays ,full credit to Lisa and her team they go above and beyond to help you ,I ordered a ton of coal on a late Friday afternoon and Lisa said it will be delivered on Wednesday to lancashire and true to her word it was ,I will definitely recommend Wrays to anyone thank you so much Martin.
