They selling limited edition watches in collab with Studio Underd0g.

These watches show nowhere a limited edition stamp or any limited edition number where you can specify what number of the limited edition you received.

I collect watches for decades and a lot of them are limited where you can clearly confirm that it is.

With the way they do their ‚limited‘ editions there is no way to confirm that is limited without a number stamped on the watch. The can produce as many as they want and always say yeah it’s limited to xx pieces but who knows…

I purchased three separate watches in three transactions on one day (in the US)from this Hong Kong based store. The pieces were in high demand and limited and their website that day was overwhelmed and, in fact, crashed multiple times. That was to be expected with such a popular watch offering. Because of that, I was very careful to make sure my screen was fully refreshed, and the correct watch was in the cart.

Even so after I hit checkout with one watch in the cart, I received a confirmation email that I had actually ordered a completely different watch. I contacted the concierge at wristcheck To ask them to cancel my order that was erroneously run through by their website. I have screenshots and showed them to prove my case.

However, after much back-and-forth over text with their concierge, I was told in no uncertain terms, even with the proof that I have, their policy is no cancellations and no returns so there is nothing they can or will do.

I asked them why that is the case when it is clearly their own error. They simply restated their policy. These people deal in very expensive watches and it seems like if they make a mistake they will not correct it. They are not a US based company so there is very little recourse that I have. I write this review as a warning to anyone else who chooses to do business with them.

Great experience overall. First time interaction with Wristcheck - they were very helpful and patient in finding, sourcing and keeping the watch safely until I picked it up a couple of weeks after I was supposed to. Authenticity wasn’t a concern given their reputation and the experience in-store was also very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Wristcheck. It's the first time I am buying from the secondary market and not directly from a boutique or an AD, because the watch I wanted was discontinued. I had my concerns at first, but Wristcheck did an amazing job at every step of the way.
