I visited Sutton Superdrug store and was very impressed and pleased with the improved standard of customer care received from the manager and Lisa who attended to me. Lisa was pleasant, patient with me showing a depth of knowledge of her cosmetic product.
It is encouraging and hopeful to experience the level of development in the shop's layout and friendly atmosphere, because my visit last year was disatisfactory.
Well done to the staff. I will be glad to spend my money there.

I ordered garden furniture from Beds.co.uk they said on there website they could deliver in 2-3 days this was not correct it was going to take a week I needed the furniture so I called them and explained I need to cancel the furniture cause I will have to order this elsewhere I ordered this on the 11th July I am still waiting for my refund I have called they hang up I’ve emailed they respond but do nothing I’ve had to resort in getting a solicitor involved Do Not order from this company Beds.co.uk they are useless

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this practice and the care I have received. I am a nurse in the NHS where I have worked for over 30 years. I always try to offer a standard of care that I would be happy for myself or a member of my family to receive and often that means 'going the extra mile'. So I really appreciate it when others do the same!
My dentist Zabrina Gardner is very professional and reassuring and delivers an exceptional standard of care. She is also friendly and caring. Last week I needed what turned out to be a difficult surgical extraction of roots after an old crown had broken off at the level of my gum. Zabrina's gentle approach put me at my ease and she patiently persevered where others might have given up and referred me to the dental hospital. She asked the opinion of the surgical specialist at the practice (Jarrad Rose) and he completed the extraction surgically at the same visit. He also was friendly and efficient and his confidence put me at my ease. I was very thankful and relieved to leave knowing that the necessary work had been really well done. I have had a follow up visit today and am happy to say that the site is healing well.
The dentists at this practice are great and their support staff (nurses and receptionists) are also friendly, polite and professional. The practice is modern and very clean. Couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful service from a very kind engineer who has serviced and refilled my air conditioning in the car. Came on time, was charming and helpful even gave me an assessment of my tyre safety. Lovely man!

I very recently went to the Cheshire Hotel in London just off Tottenham Court Road for 3 nights. On arriving at the hotel it was under redevelopment , their was only one lift working which could just about hold 3 people. Our hotel room carpet was cover in stains, only one bedside table was in the room, most hotel always have 2, there us no mini bar. I went and asked for another bedside table which never got. My wife asked for a hairdryer on receiving the 1960 style hairdryer which was with a very very short lead it broke, no real surprise. I asked for another hairdryer which was modern and did not break. The area is very noisy and the street has sever unsavoury characters hanging around at night. The bed was very cosy and the bathroom so small that when you open the bathroom door it would hit the toilet. Overall I not return to this hotel at £179 per night , even a discounted deal would not make me say one single night again.

I have been with 24-7 home rescue for a few years now paying so much per month to have my boiler serviced each year,I have just informed them I am leaving as I will be replacing my boiler later in the year, only for them to say I am still in contract,how can I be in contract after I have been with them for over 5 years. Very poor company avoid.

Just writing to let you know what a pleasant experience I had with the ADT engineer. He’s name was Josh Hobbs. He was very polite and pleasant from the time he entered my house to the time he left. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He also tidied up after him. I felt very at ease with him. Keep up the good work Josh. Thank you for all that you did.

I purchased dresses from Light in the box for my brothers wedding. They arrived after 5 weeks. They were poor quality so I decided to return them . The process was unbelievable, I had to post them back to the country of origin , China. They wouldn’t except them back at the Birmingham hub because it was closing . So at an extra cost for postage to me I posted them off . It took 3 months for them to returned . I received a message today to say they have received my returns and they will credit my account with them so that I can buy something else. Don’t use this company they are scamming people with their returns.

On the Beach holidays.... Don't book with them, took our money didn't get back to us till 48 hours then said the holiday was cancelled (not sure if there ever was a holiday) can't get our money back for another 21days,holiday time over and no money to book another one, no contact email to complain Disgraceful

Same story for me, as all the other reviews. No need for me to go through the nightmare story. I’m £9.225 out of pocket. Which is a great deal of money to me!!!!

I initially purchased a coupon from Groupon for a massage and facial at a discounted price in 2019.
I'm happy to say I continue to visit this establishment and am still receiving services at a discounted price although I need to pay ahead, the service is second to none.
I receive an hour full body massage, half hour facial, hand paraffin and a 15 minute collegen mask, this package is for $89 with a free collegen mask added for free if I buy ten deals. I like to pay $400 to begin with and thereafter make smaller payments. It is certainly worth the price tag. I visit Shirley's Beauty Clinic once a month for my pampering and always leave feeling fantastic. The masseurs are extremely pleasant and welcoming. Located in Lemongrove Chatswood which is an udeal location. Well done ladies !!!

I’m sorry to say that after booking a holiday month ago with love holidays they have only now informed me that the agreed times and dates have changed .

I checked the same holiday and there’s is a plane leaving from our chosen airport Cardiff . Loveholidays have offered us Bristol with a late flight so we loose a full days as it’s an evening flight and they have the check to ask for more money . Shame on them . I think that they can do more to offer use a holiday similar to what they where offering. I really think these holidays companies are taking the Mick out of their passengers and it should not be allowed . Not everyone wants a REFUD we would like what was advertised and paid for . Does anyone know where I can complain legally about this . ??

Airbnb you’re an absolute liability to vulnerable people like myself sexual abuse on my first trip with Airbnb to the Côte d’Azur Monaco in the south of France by the host not the owner of this £1500 a week apartment which quite frankly wasn’t worth a penny of the ridiculous amount I paid the house groomed and sexually abused me on the first date of arrival and conveniently disappeared there after not only that but the apartment door broke and I was on site for the whole week Airbnb 35 emails numerous phone calls around the world all the operators work from home they did nothing to secure my safety and I was left in faith in my life with a knife by my bed for the rest of the week and the next week in Cosco was not much better the accommodation was completely shabby for over £700 a week the toilet blocked the sink blocked there was no safety there is no emergency measures Airbnb is not regulated and it is fraught with nightmares do not use them and get the word out your friends and family it is dangerous and the man who sex with me will go ahead and rape someone the manager of the house company Hostenga Sarah did absolutely nothing the police did nothing they don’t want to accept liability so it’s up to me to get the word out as a campaigner for vulnerable people danger alert do not ever trouble with Airbnb and by the way I’ve asked for the money back I’ve gone silent and even cancelled a booking I’ve made and denied all knowledge of it and they owe me £268.58 that’s how appalling they are absolute scam global disgrace

It’s a shame I have to do a trust pilot review on a developer that appeared on the surface to have a good reputation but having sent an email to them about their commitment at the planning stage for urgent safety requirements that they said they would deliver on, they have washed their hands off of the issue of safety while they just build and build more homes with no conscience. I sent them an email over my concerns over the lack of a suitable crossing and footpath along the Bedford Road in Houghton Regis that they should have had in place but now families struggle to cross a dangerous road and in parts there is no footpath again down to Taylor Wimpey. Currently families take their lives in their own hands when crossing this dangerous road. It is meant to be a safe route to school but Taylor Wimpey has not kept to their end of the deal. Councils must be made aware of what could happen in their area should an application come forward from this company. If Taylor Wimpy wish to put this right they should contact the ward councillor themselves to find the solution very quickly. The ward is Houghton Hall Park in Houghton Regis in Bedfordshire and her first name is Cllr Susan Goodchild who can shed more light on the issue affecting her ward. Residents remain angry and will be taking their own action so I am told.

She has also not had a response to her concerns.

Had my car collected today and the driver collecting my car was Graham Ashton what a lovely man he is was friendly and he phoned cash for cars and managed to get me a further £60 can recommend him to anyone one very happy customer

I have found comfy homes to be totally unreliable I bought a table from them and waited 4 weeks to get a delivery date but I was in work so had to cancel that day so wanted a day I could be home to recive i was told I had to wait till the delivery company had enough delivery's to come to my area and would deliver on a day they chose which could have been weeks away and still not on a suitable date I asked if I could cancel my order they gave me a refund but deducted £25 for the inconvenience I have had many large deliveries from all over the country and they are always happy to deliver on a day that's convenient for the customers they are not very helpful in emails just keep passing the buck to different departments so customers get fed up and go away think hard before you choose them.

Bensons for Beds - Disappointed and worse experience.
I spent over £1000 for bed and mattress, but the mattress started sagged 5CM deep after I just used it about 9days, and the body shape on the mattress is too obvious.
I ordered for the replacement but Im waiting for it for 5 months and up till now I Got Nothing.
I asked for the refund and the CS(customer service) said someone will call me back within 24 hours for arrange the collection but No One Call Back!
I called the shop assistant before as he promised me to change the bed legs but He Ignore me and pretended that wasn’t him when I called.

I spent more money on the mattress because sleeping Quality is important to me, but what I have now is a super old mattress, and It is painful to sleep on this mattress for few months specially during the period that I had got covid, rest badly. Also the service is scary - never have any response.

Another annoying thing - use Bensons for beds CS hotline usually have to wait about An Hour, plus the time I talked to the staff it’s about 1.5-2hrs. This is exhausted. Even tho I used that long time to called them, and they said will follow up and someone will call back. But Nothing happens.

It causes a lot of problems - my health, my time and my Energy.

On Holiday in Porthmadoc my Apple iPhone 12 completely died. After two hours trying everything I’m now very worried, got absolutely nowhere… blank screen, no sound, nothing. Asked a man in Porthmadog if he knew a computer shop, to my relief he said yes ‘just two minutes walk away on High Street near roundabout’ what a relief. Went in the shop ‘Get Connected’ told my story to a very pleasant man Aaron thinking a big repair or even a new phone was going to be his answer, however after 1 minute he gave me the phone back fully working, “amazed doesn't cover it” I cannot thank him enough, furthermore NO CHARGE that’s what I call a man who knows what he’s doing. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.
