Update for my issue: this person approached me here with this message to seem like they are bother with their costumers problems: " and I’ll personally review your case and make sure we get this resolved for you"
I wrote to this email and explain the issue, but they haven't replied for many days.

You're still detected as AI and many times you make errors in a way to pass the AI, but you end up changing the meaning and content, which is a major concern.

tried cancelling subscription and there’s no clear way to do it. shady setup

the rewrite didn’t even make sense, just nonsense sentences patched together

i gave it a decent essay and it completely broke the flow, every paragraph felt disconnected

Absolute scammers!!!! Do not subscribe!!! They refuse a refund, but I will contact my bank and tell that spread false advertisement on 0%. I have academic ai detector and after Writehuman is 90% of ai. They are the scammers who scam people and do not stand what they advertise

This is a scam.
It is impossible to delete your card from their system, and you cannot delete your account either.
I tried to cancel my annual subscription, but it does not actually cancel – they just keep charging you.
Worst of all, their service does not make your text more "human" at all.
I honestly have no idea why the word "human" is even in their name, because nothing about their service or their attitude towards customers is human.
They simply steal your money and ignore your requests.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.

Scammers! The content still is AI and it is detected by AI detectors. I subscribed based on the monthly subscription advertised for $18 per month and I realized they charged me $216 for a year which was not mentioned. Cancelled my subscription same day and got back to the customer service to refund me the amount and they refused. Don’t fall for them! An absolute scam! Useless service and customer service!

I signed up for what I believed was m onthly membership, but was instead charged for an entire year’s subscription. I immediately requested a refund and have heard nothing back. This lack of response is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

My manuscript doesn't receive any good service for 2 weeks already. Once I upload it, still it's an AI, even if I did some editing already. It's not serving what should be its purpose.

Totally scammed, I bought the ultra plan for 48 dollars and it only lasted 1 week, they told me that my plan was canceled for supposedly violating their policies and on top of that, I was only able to humanize very few times, so I don't understand, they also told me that these rats won't give me a refund.
